Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Choosing Lanyu Hotel for our Emei Mountain trip was absolutely the smartest decision. It’s exactly the healing, Japanese-style hotel I was looking for, distinctly different from a typical guesthouse. Our stay of several days was incredibly relaxing, and we received meticulous care. The hotel arranged a business car for all our transfers within the scenic area and even helped us organize a guide. When it rained, they provided umbrellas and even prepared ginger tea. While other hotels might simply fulfill requests, the team at Lanyu takes service to the extreme – there’s nothing they haven't thought of or can't do. Everything was excellent. Facilities: Smart toilet, hairdryer, very comfortable bathrobes. Service: Authentic breakfast, high-quality dinner, free minibar drinks, high-quality afternoon tea, and free-flow coffee – truly amazing! 👍

Our stay at Emei Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

This time I stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Mountain Retreat in Emei Mountain, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel a breeze. Surrounded by dense forest, the air is fresh, making you feel like you're in a forest oxygen bar. The environment is tranquil and elegant. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. A customer service manager even visited and added me on WeChat, so I could contact them anytime with questions. The rooms were neat and clean, with good facilities, including a private hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Relaxing in the room with a hot spring bath, accompanied by the forest breeze, was a wonderful overall experience. It's definitely worth another visit!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

I've been staying at this hotel frequently for the past few years, usually for two or three days at a time. The location is excellent, not far from the high-speed rail station, and a food street is right outside. The front desk staff are very welcoming and gave us great tips on what to do in the area. The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable, with a clean bathroom featuring a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast is also delicious with a good variety of options. They have several hot springs with different temperatures. Every day, I could see them draining and cleaning the pools from my room upstairs.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything I needed was easily accessible.
