Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

This time I stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Mountain Retreat in Emei Mountain, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel a breeze. Surrounded by dense forest, the air is fresh, making you feel like you're in a forest oxygen bar. The environment is tranquil and elegant. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. A customer service manager even visited and added me on WeChat, so I could contact them anytime with questions. The rooms were neat and clean, with good facilities, including a private hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Relaxing in the room with a hot spring bath, accompanied by the forest breeze, was a wonderful overall experience. It's definitely worth another visit!

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a table, chairs, and an entryway cabinet, which was convenient for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plastic slippers were provided for showering. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. My husband unfortunately fell in the hotel corridor, and the front desk staff helped him up and provided an ice pack. When I went to climb Jinding, they provided bamboo poles. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, and the driver helped with loading and unloading luggage. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, a bit far from the main street, and there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

Location: Right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy. Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful! Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei.
