From the location selection, construction quality, room layout, and food to the service, every aspect has such outstanding merits that it silences any potential criticism. You can genuinely feel the hotel owner's dedication to making guests feel like they're getting 100 or even 1000 yuan worth of service for just one yuan. From the moment I checked in, Manager Ma, my butler Xiao Wang, and even the restaurant staff remembered my name and room number, which was a delightful surprise. The dinner included in the package each night was not just a formality; every meal was so delicious that I had to be rolled out! Starting from breakfast, Manager Ma greeted guests at every table, kindly asking about their day's itinerary, hoping the hotel could assist in making their trip perfect. At dinner, Manager Ma would also go from table to table, asking for dining suggestions. Butler Xiao Wang and the rest of the staff are all highly professional and respond incredibly quickly, truly embodying the feeling of 'home away from home.' I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.
