This hotel used to be good .. but now rooms looking tired and old .. not told there wouldn’t be a bath only a shower. Front of house Bar etc all ok rooms very dirty & no net curtains so have to shut main curtains when out of shower .. staff great helpful & friendly.. its obviously owners not investing the money for an overdue revamp.. breakfast always good .. but bar / restaurant shut some nights ., so brought own beers in & Sat in bar & used there glasses lol!! Used to be much better & coming here for 20 yrs will think seriously about rebooking next April …

The only good things about the hotel was the location. TERRIBLE furniture, old dirty carpets, only the lobby and front desk seems to have been renovated. Extremely dated hotel BUT excellent location, right across the road from the Mall.
