This breakfast in the Eurozone really suits my Chinese stomach. It was very rich. I stayed for 2 nights, but the room was a bit old. I changed to a hotel on the third night. The price was not as expensive as the Sheraton, but it was really much newer.

What a stunning hotel, the general appearance of the hotel is top quality. Everything is very clean and extremely well maintained. The location of the hotel is based in a lovely part of Essen, with great bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff who work in the hotel are excellent, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. I would highly recommend it

The Sheraton has a nice bar and the room was comfortable. However, the light was broken (very dark room) and the housekeeper didn't provide enough, towels, glasses and soap even after we complained.
It has gone downhill since we last visited in 2019.

Front desk service was excellent and the food was very good. Definitely would stay here again!
Only issue was the room was not cool enough and we could not get the A/C to work well.
