Modern hotel. Comfortable bed. The receptionists should be nicer with the guest, so we are paying for that

The room was very satisfactory, the heating was sufficient, the front desk service was very good, and the airport drop-off service was booked in advance. The transportation was convenient, and there were restaurants nearby. On a cold and snowy day, there was no need to worry about eating.

Cons: The room is very small, not as described. The ceiling is very low, feeling very depressing. The soundproofing is very bad, because the room is too small, the conversation next door can be heard clearly. The living facilities are not convenient, for example, there are very few charging stations. The facilities are very old but renovated, but the renovated furniture is of poor quality. When walking in the room, the cabinets will shake. In short, if there are other options, even if it is a little more expensive, I will not stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom has no ventilation, the room is very small, and the whole room becomes a toilet when you take a ****. I chose this hotel because it provided airport pick-up service. I arrived in the early morning, so I called three times to confirm. The staff said it was okay. But when I arrived and called again to request a pick-up, they told me that there was no driver to take the order. I chose the airport pick-up hotel because I was worried about this. I was very anxious with my children at the time, so I had to rent a car in the end, and I had never driven in the snow.

The room was very warm, the front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was provided, the airport shuttle was very convenient, clean and sanitary, the room had a microwave which was very convenient for heating things, I would consider it next time

The hotel has an airport pick-up service, which is very important. In a small city like Fairbanks, Alaska, it is dangerous to rent a car personally in the ice and snow. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport for the convenience of customers.
