We stayed here for one night
The lady was friendly and gave us instructions to come to the location
She upgraded us to a two double beds room
The room facing the Tuo River which is beautiful
The beds were really nice to sleep and the pillows too
Walking distance to the popular places
The bad side where the toilet has urine stinks which was unavoidable and during night time we didn't get hot water heater
The next morning also the water heater was not hot enough
Other than that we are good for it
Oh yeah in the trip.com wrote that we could get pick up by the owner but the owner asked us to take taxi to this place but luckily the owner upgraded us the room as compensation I guess. And there is no Miao Costume to wear which trip.com showed us the offer of this property's owner to us.

此次旅遊住宿很滿意，客棧老闆超nice，有問題都盡力幫解決，出行遊玩提供最實在的方案，未到達就已經感受到湘西暖暖的情義，來到客棧更是暖心，在此感謝老闆
客棧住着也很舒服，可以看到江景，又不會太吵，有弔籃的陽台好喜歡，值得推薦

位置很好，房間也還可以，不過流水聲會有一點點吵，睡眠好的可以，第一次來鳳凰，一個人，玩了兩天一夜，位置好找，價格合適

客棧位置還是比較好找的，提前聯繫好了老闆，告訴了我們一個停車場的位置，停好車，拿上東西上了一輛中轉車，到了古城外面，下去過橋對面就是客棧。老闆養了一衹藍貓，很可愛，我兒子愛和它玩兒。客棧門口有桌椅板凳可以小坐，很巴適，晚上逛累了回來就坐着休息，聽着巷子裏來回的喧鬧聲。步行到最熱鬧的虹橋區域也不算遠，每天出去走走也挺好的，我們住了3個晚上，難得搬東西，第三天讓老闆升級了房間，3樓的房間會寬敞一點，避開假期高峯期出遊，總體很舒適，很悠閑！
