After reviewing more than 100 hotels in Phoenix Ancient Town we finally settle for Liam Hua hotel and we never regret it!!! The hotel is very clean and very new. we sort of got lost from alighting the wrong station and we called the hotel and the receptionist helped to send a driver to pick us up!!! 嘉嘉 is our housekeeper and host and she is very professional in helping up with our rooms as well as let us know where to go and even ask us if we need umbrellas ( it was raining cats and dogs when we arrived and hail stones in the night !!!!!) and got the driver to drive us to the town for dinner. We only managed to stay for a night and I will definitely come back again in the future !!!

The hotel is very convenient to our scenary. Hotel 管家 琴子 is very helpful, from sourcing transport, making sure we are comfortable and our needs are catered to greeting us everyday and making sure we have good stay. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to come to 凤凰古城 and to call 素屡莲花度假酒店

Travelled to 凤凰古城to celebrate my birthday! The room is perfect and our 管家(嘉嘉) and the team has made our experience wonderful! They catered to our needs and helped us in many ways! Room is clean, there are free flow water and fruits. Open the window and you can see the river right outside! Strongly recommended 💕🤩

Nice hotel in quiet area, room is very big and choose a room with old town view. Walking distance to ancient town n boat station. The hotel serves chinese breakfast with quite a lot dishes.
Thanks to Qinzi for serving us with patience and excellence hospitality.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

The hotel was excellent. Spent 3 days 2 nights there. Although Furong Ancient City/Town can be covered in 1 day, fortunately the service and cleanliness of the hotel made it comfortable for us to spend two nights in a pleasant and relaxing manner.
The receptionist and bell “lady” were excellent and made great arrangements for us just like a 6 star hotel . The drivers who drove us to Rainbow bridge and also to the Fenghuangguchen station were also excellent. Hotel restaurant was great
