The host was very helpful. The room is clean and has an articulate view of the river. Peaceful and quiet place and just 15 mins walking to the main attraction area.

Great location for when you prefer less noise during the late evening, night, and early morning. It is a 10-15 minutes walk away from the main attractions. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They will also help you with getting your luggage across the bridge and to the room, if needed, since it is all stairs. If you have trouble with getting tickets for attractions, the staff is also ready to help. There is a pick-up service from designated places, just contact them at least 1 day in advance. The room is very comfortable and very spacious.

The experience in fenghuang is extremely wonderful, the scenery, the 民宿 to the service of the staff. Just have to take note not to bring heavy luggage as the roads inside is pretty uneven with little to no slopes and cars cannot enter. The staff went above and beyond their scope helping us to carry our luggage all the way to and fro the main road. They even guide us to out attraction because they worry we cant find our way. Facilities are also very clean. I will definitely stay with them if I come back again.

Perfect stay, everything was beautiful, clean, and an amazing view. Reception and service was super helpful and accommodating too. Matched the pictures and did not smelt like smoke. Would definitely come back!

The staff is young and helpful. The premise is a bit old fashioned but the rooms are renovated. Located in the old town, walking distance from everywhere including a paved road. There is an external courtyard that faces the river.
