Good location with balcony looking out at the river. It can be noisy from morning to 11.30pm when the travellers start coming in and night with pubs singing till 11.30pm. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay, then not for this one. Otherwise, convenient access around the town. It has no lift and some walking in on uneven paths can be challenging for large luggage. Enjoyed the 3 nights stay.

Hotel is nice, great location and friendly staff, the room is big and has all amenities. The only problem could be the access to the hotel, quite hard to find for people who don t speak Chinese and carrying big luggage up to the place can be challenging. I attach photos of Fenghuang right next to the hotel. Marvelous!

We had a great time staying at this hotel by the canal. The boss and the receptionist were super helpful and responsive. We will come back and stay again next time. Some tips, if you like your room to be cleaned and tidied up pls inform the front desk otherwise they will not enter the room. This is just the way they operate which is totally acceptable. If you want the best view you may consider to book at this hotel.

Very big room, staff so friendly they help us book tour to miao village and have free for Chinese costumes only pay for photographer. Room same as picture in trip, I got room on 4th floor no elevator. Sound from restaurants around hotel too noisy until 23:30 then it quite time still can accept. Recommended this room for nice view.

We were upgraded to a bigger room with washing machine within the room. The location is great! Very very near to the famous rainbow bridge. We didn’t get to try the free costume but it was a pleasant stay overall.

This hotel was such a gem! Located in a beautiful scenic area, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond by picking us up, dropping us off, and even helping with our luggage, which made our stay so much easier.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. One standout feature was the heated toilet seat, which was such a treat during the cold season. Having a washer included was another huge bonus, especially for longer stays.
Overall, everything about this hotel made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings!

Booked this room for my parents during our trip. They loved the room, everything was comfortable and clean. Right by the riverside and a bonus of a beautiful scenery right outside our room.

Location are ok, but not easier to access as the hotel doesn't have direct access to main road. You have to walk a 5 min distance uneven ground with stairs to reach hotel.
