Very convenient location and well organized hotel. Given the large number of guests one misses the “family“ experience from other locations in South Tyrol Also there was no local food at breakfast or dinner (beside speck but of supermarket quality) Facility has a nice spa area, indoor and outdoor pool

Nothing to complain, everything was perfect. I want to highlight the dinner meal - it was outstanding good. The receiving area is very small and not friendly. The wellness area is equipped with a indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam sauna in good condition.

Perfect and perfect again after a year... Great hotel that deserves 5 stars *****, reception perfect, rooms tidy, modern, spacious, wellness, massages first class. Breakfast buffet, afternoon snack - I recommend traditional strudel, five-course dinner with service (in the morning you choose what you want for dinner), "Sergi" was in charge of us and we have to thank him not only for his willingness and preparation of our daughters' birthday party at dinner rich selection and the food is a truly luxurious affair. There is also a possibility to play billiards. Staff very willing.

Excellent location, well organized transfer to the cable car, well equipped hotel with pleasant wellness facilities. Great restaurant, predictable breakfast service and nice dinners. Minor remark on the pool table (too small room). Other guests couldn’t follow the rules in the wellness but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Recommended accommodation.

Comfortable room with good amount of space and nice view, very tasty food with good choice every day, variety of choices for breakfast and nice spa/swimming pool. The kids’ playground is a great place for the little ones. The position of the hotel is good both for a walk in Castelrotto and to get to Seiseralm through the lift. A nice walk and lunch on the Fiè Lake is also a lovely outdoor activity. My only downside was the strong sweat smell in the corridors/bedrooms/lifts, that we experienced for two years in a row, coming from cleaning staff. It’s really annoying as you wish and expect to go back to a good smelling room which has just been cleaned and you find this instead.

Very friendly personnel. Especially in the restaurant. Good quality of food. Varied dinner options. Good breakfast buffet. Gluten-free options. Time slots for eating could be longer, especially for dinner. Great location for mountain activities like walking, hiking, climbing. Bus stop 1 min from hotel.

the room was large. You can walk directly from the hotel into the mountains if yo like or you can take the bus that brings you to the Seiser Alm Bahn. Friendly staff and excellent food. Value for money!

Beautiful spacious and spotless room, I stayed with my husband and my dog. We were with the French door overlooking the beautiful garden. Also convenient for letting the dog out when needed. Very kind and attentive staff. We ate our meals, having the dog, in the TV room, but we did not feel marginalized, on the contrary, all the waiters paid special attention to us. The menu is always different every day, with 2 starters, 3 or 4 first courses, including one fish and one vegetarian. Ditto for second courses and desserts. Worthy of a 4 star. Compliments to the Chef! Very pleasant whirlpool and swimming pool. Very close to the Alpe di Siusi cable car. Beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant holiday dedicated to well-being, super service, varied and delicious cuisine, comfortable rooms and spa. Trained and available staff. A four-minute drive from the Alpe di Siusi ski lift. Definitely a holiday to be repeated.

Beautiful room, super friendly staff - a really nice stay. The location with the view is also a particular plus for this hotel. Perfect for our ski holiday, direct bus connection to the Seiser Alm, so that's also a clear advantage!

Very nice hotel, brand new interiors, lots of wood which makes everything very warm and welcoming. Spotlessly clean, large and well-furnished rooms, large, very comfortable bathroom, all new, with a huge shower equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, the sofa bed a little less so. Excellent and varied food for both breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Wellness area and swimming pool very clean and beautiful

It was a great holiday. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast buffet is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the five-course evening menu. If you come back tired from skiing, you can relax in the spa area.

Hotel surrounded by greenery, very convenient for reaching the Alpe di Siusi. The hotel is modern, large and clean deluxe rooms (ours with a fantastic panoramic view), spa and two crowded swimming pools. Abundant breakfast and excellent dinner. Very kind staff
