Good stay

A quite large motel next to the highway, with poor sound insulation, which is not suitable for people who have trouble sleeping or are traveling with children. The overall stay experience can be described as a disaster. On the Ctrip details page, I saw that the room I booked had a stove and kitchen, but actually it didn't. I communicated with the front desk and they replied directly that the room I booked didn't have one. If not, why is it in the introduction? I bought a lot of vegetables to cook in the evening, but in the end they were all wasted and thrown away. Because I had to travel early the next morning, I had to eat out that day. The refrigerator in the picture is twice as big as it actually is. There were a lot of hair on the bed, the sheets were wrinkled, and there were patches of unknown color, it was disgusting, I just wore my coat out all night. The real feeling is that through communication with Ctrip, at least there is a channel to protect rights. I feel that when I go out, I must find a big hotel and book it through Ctrip!

Extremely rubbish hotel and service, don't book it, avoid it. I booked two king-size rooms. After arriving at the hotel, an Indian woman at the front desk swiped my deposit and said that she could only give me one king-size bed and one twin bed. My friend didn't agree to sleep in a twin bed, so she said that there was a problem with their room inventory arrangement and asked for a refund. The woman agreed and said that she would return the deposit to me in person first, and then the agent would call and agree to refund. As a result, after we left, Ctrip negotiated with them for three days, and they turned their face and refused to admit it, saying that they refused to refund according to the room type arranged in the order. In the end, they also deducted my deposit and didn't return it to me. It's really a rubbish place. Be careful!

Well equipped hotel (except shower gel..., but accessory) The gentleman at reception is really super nice, friendly, pleasant Hotel a bit noisy but not the hotel's fault, people don't pay attention. They talk at midnight, at 6 a.m. as well as in broad daylight.

環境設施，條件都很好。到的晚了，像是印度裔的前台客服，很友好，很想和我聊中文。本來刷信用卡授權按金，回來刷卡不順利，直接免了按金。贊！退房速度快。

跨州自駕旅行途中臨時訂的。 典型的汽車旅館。 價格便宜。 服務一般。 主要是方便快捷。 中途落腳休息不錯的選擇。

我打開浴巾。有一坨長頭髮應該是沒有檢查到位或者沒有換，我不知道，但是我覺得挺噁心的。位置還湊合。價格也還可以，其它的無功無過
