The hotel is located near Baojian Road, about a 5-minute walk to Shilla Duty-Free Shop. The front desk staff speaks Chinese and is very nice. I discussed my planned itinerary with her, and she thoughtfully offered better route suggestions.

The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which was a nice touch. However, during my winter stay, the air conditioning wasn't working. They mentioned there was floor heating, but honestly, I didn't feel it much, and the room was still a bit cold. On the morning I was leaving, the water pipes suddenly froze and burst, so there was no water. I only found out after asking, so perhaps it was an unexpected emergency. The front desk staff were always very polite, but the cold room was the only downside. On the positive side, there was plenty of hot water for showers.

The location is decent, right in the city center. Jeju City isn't very big, so you can walk anywhere. The room itself is small and simple, but it has everything you need and is quite clean. There's underfloor heating, which keeps it very warm in winter.

There are two convenience stores just downstairs, and a street with plenty of restaurants a block away, including BBQ, ginseng chicken soup, and Grandma's shop towards Shilla Duty-Free. 3. Public transport is also convenient. For example, to get to the airport, it's a three to five-minute walk to the bus stop, a 5-10 minute wait for the bus, and then a 20-minute ride to the airport. 4. The main thing is that the neighborhood is quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. I slept soundly for all four nights, straight until morning. 5. If you book a day tour, driver pick-up and drop-off are easy. There's only one entrance, so you don't have to specify a meeting point like at some other hotels. **Service:** 1. There's a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the staff were very nice. Communication via WeChat was seamless. 2. The room is equipped with a universal power strip, which is very thoughtful. They provide shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, slippers, towels, hangers, toner, and lotion – enough to get by if you forget anything. 3. There's a fridge and air conditioning. Trash and the bathroom are cleaned daily, but personal items on the table and bed are not touched, which is a nice touch.

The basic bedding was clean; I'd even bought disposable bedding before coming, so I used it since I had it. They provide power adapters, toiletries, and even a fridge. The soundproofing is decent, and the bathroom is simple and clean. The lady who checked me in downstairs is Chinese, so communication was seamless. Great value for money. It's very close to the Baojian Road duty-free shop. There's also a convenience store right downstairs to the right and a bus stop. Highly recommend!

Excellent downtown location – very convenient and surprisingly quiet. It's just two stops on Airport Bus 600, followed by a short 3-minute walk. The rooms are well-appointed. Highly recommended!

Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. It came with all the amenities, including a fridge, and was surprisingly spacious. The area around the hotel is perfect for strolling and sightseeing! We felt so lucky to have stayed here. The owner was very engaging and made us feel like old friends. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. It's super close to the airport, Baojian Street, and Lotte, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever come back to Jeju. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jeju!

Fantastic location! It's easily accessible via direct bus routes (600 or 326) from the airport and is conveniently located right behind the LEO Hotel. There are plenty of local eateries tucked away in the surrounding alleyways, and you're just a short walk from the pedestrian street and Shilla Duty Free Shop. The hotel is basic but clean and offers excellent value for money. Lotte Duty Free is also close by.

Everything was excellent, we had a very comfortable stay, and we'll definitely be back.

The hotel has a Japanese tatami-inspired style. We stayed in room 201, and the air conditioning worked well. There's a fried chicken place right next door that was absolutely delicious. The price per night was just over 300 RMB, excluding breakfast.

There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. During winter, the underfloor heating keeps the rooms wonderfully warm. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. The owner is Chinese, so communication was effortless, and she was very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend.
