You will find us right in the heart of the Florence. Therefore, parking spots are rare and we do not have our own garage. However, you have the possibility to park your car in a carpark close to our hotel. Nevertheless, we’re also sorry to hear that one of the aspects of our Lean Luxury philosophy isn't your cup of tea. To us, the lean part is all about making smart use of technology to simplify things like the check-in. As well as saving you time, it frees up our hosts to concentrate on what really matters: providing brilliant service and memorable experiences for our guests and there’s always a friendly human around to help if need be. Instead, you'll find complimentary hot drinks and a maxi bar to purchase other items in our galleys. Otherwise, pop downstairs to the bar for a drink or a bite to eat - it's open 24 hours a day. We're sorry to hear that your stay got off to a bad start. Our hosts are a friendly bunch who usually offer a warm welcome, so we're not sure what happened on this occasion. While we provide quick and easy self check-in near the bar, there should always be someone around to help. We apologise if that wasn't your experience. Please remember that we are still in the opening phase of our hotel and it will take some time for the on-site team to get up to speed. Otherwise, pop downstairs to the bar for a drink or a bite to eat - it's open 24 hours a day. Our room rates depend on the type of room you choose, when you stay and how far in advance you book. For example, at busy times of the year, our rates may be higher than usual - in line with other hotels in Florence. And if you book at the last minute, our cheaper rooms may already be taken. However, thanks to our Lean Luxury philosophy, our rates will still be lower than other comparable hotels.We hope to have a second chance to welcome you back to Florence or any other Ruby Hotel in Europe.
