Rooms are big but a bit run down. Close to Redi tram station, only 3 stops from the train station. Staff was friendly.

Quiet and safe. We booked a room for two. It was big and tidy. Nice experience overall.

If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. Recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

It was a large two-story room with a double sofa bed on the ground floor, which was very comfortable, and a bedroom on the second floor. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the restroom is also on the second floor, which makes it inconvenient to climb the stairs.

Take T2 three stops from the train station to the hotel. The hotel facilities are old, the soundproofing of the room is very poor, and the noise from the road affects the rest. I plan to go to Florence for New Year's Eve and specially choose this one with a kitchen, but it is useless. There are only a few dishes and a microwave. The hotel is not heated enough. The heating in the bathroom is fixed. There will be a sudden power outage in the middle of the night. There is no lighting or air conditioning, and the room is very cold.

The room is very large, with complete kitchen equipment and facilities. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo, but no slippers and toothpaste. It's all good. The service at the front desk is also good, but the breakfast is just a cup of coffee and a croissant. The transportation is very convenient. There is a tram nearby, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the train station by tram.

Very nice apartment with a large room. Service can be higher. Very poor breakfast and above all you only have 1 hour to make it. They bring it to your room and wake you up early in the morning. Service I must say very pressured. Location near the station and near the center

Service, I called the front desk to ask for toilet paper, but the front desk didn't deliver it after get off work... But the facilities are as shown in the picture. The broken lights are not replaced! The control panel of the air conditioner is all broken!! The heating cannot be supplied because it is not winter!!!!

The hotel's interior facilities are a little bit amazing compared to the plain exterior. The room is super big, with a separate kitchen and walk-in closet. You can take the tram to the central railway station across the street from the hotel, and walk to St. Mark's Square in more than 20 minutes. Highly recommended!
