B&B Hotel Firenze City Center ★★★
"The hotel was decent, and check-in was quite convenient. Overall, the experience was pretty good. Breakfast was typical European fare – not great, not bad. I'd recommend staying here."
Grand Hotel Baglioni ★★★★
"The room was absolutely amazing, really high-end. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit was incredibly sweet – just fantastic. The staff were also very good, and the items in the minibar were great. However, the 'smart rooms' are actually two rooms joined together, separated by a door that doesn't open. Apparently, this place attracts a lot of Koreans, and my neighbors were Korean. If you know, you know – the soundproofing isn't great. My neighbors were incredibly noisy late into the night."
Hotel Atlantic Palace ★★★★
"Great location to visit the city and very convenient if you arrive by train. The room was clean, the equipment is not very recent but still more than worthy. Good quality breakfast, perhaps a little expensive (15€/pax) but ok. Courteous and helpful staff. I definitely recommend."
Hotel S.Giorgio & Olimpic ★★★
"Hotel was old, still using the old key for locking doors. They take key when you leave the hotel and give the key back to you when you’re back. But they only asking for the room number which could be unsafe. But really good location, close to train station."
Hotel Machiavelli Palace ★★★
"The bathroom was tiny, barely big enough for a man to stand in comfortably, and I, a woman, couldn't even turn around. The noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit was so loud; I only managed to sleep for two hours on the first night."
Rivoli Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Facilities: The exquisite decor boasts a historical and classic European style, complemented by a full range of modern amenities. Although the overall space isn't huge, it features a pool, corridors, and a lounge. The lounge was particularly impressive. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and clean, but showed some signs of age due to its history. Ambiance: Elegant and comfortable, offering a unique European flair. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to guest needs."
Auto Park Hotel ★★★
"The room was very cold you are like in outside furnitere and building are too old I dont recommend it anyone Pros car parking lot Cons everything"
B&B Cimatori ★★★
"Our stay at B&B Matoi in Florence was truly exceptional. We spent three wonderful nights there and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence, allowing easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and charming streets of the city. Patricia is an outstanding host. She welcomed us warmly and provided us with countless valuable recommendations for amazing visits, hidden gems, and local experiences that made our trip even more memorable. Every morning, she prepared an exceptional breakfast with great care and attention. We highly recommend this address to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you, Patricia, for making our stay so special!"
Grand Hotel Adriatico ★★★★
Guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast with a selection of Italian and international options. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine, along with a bar and lounge area for drinks and light meals in a relaxed setting.

Dimora Palanca Boutique & Spa
"An excellent hotel, conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's a very private and quiet villa; you need to ring the doorbell for entry. The staff were attentive and warm. Despite my Ctrip booking stating no breakfast, breakfast was actually included for every room."

The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini
"• Spacious, well-equipped gym • Panoramic views from gym overlooking city skyline • Clean, comfortable rooms • Excellent location and facilities overall • Highly recommended for fitness-focused travelers"
Villa Royal B&B
"Our experience was great! This was an extension of the Hotel Villa Royal so we checked in at the hotel and were escorted by the hotel staff to the B&B. It felt super safe and private. It was in a great location with short walks to many of the best tourism spots."
Mh Florence Hotel & Spa
"Very close by the train station and a tram station just right in front of the hotel."
Adler Cavalieri Hotel-Private Spa & Gym
"Overall is good just the location is quite far from the city area as it is at the other side of the train station. Room size not very big"
Radisson Blu Hotel Florence
"Pros: The cleanliness was exceptional, truly comparable to a five-star hotel, and the decor was lovely. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making travel convenient. Cons: I stayed in room 006, and the shower stall was extremely small. It was difficult to turn around inside, and I had to adjust the water temperature before stepping in. Another downside was the noisy air conditioning; even when turned off, there was still a ventilation sound, though it didn't significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I'd still give it a good review."
Hotel Spadai
"On a business trip, it was my first time booking this hotel and I was very satisfied. The decor style is to my taste, and it's clean and hygienic. Next time I'm in Florence, I'll definitely book here again."
Hotel la Fortezza
"I traveled around Rome, Milan, Venice and Florence for 8 days in July. I stayed in mid-range hotels in all of them, but many of them had mediocre facilities and service, so I stayed here for one night at the end of my trip. The room was renovated, clean, and the shower was easy to use and nice. It is two tram stops away from Santa Maria Novella Station, but is very close to the tram and bus stations, and you can use Google Maps' transfer search to access all the tourist spots without getting lost. The breakfast was also cutely set and delicious. Although it doesn't have a historical atmosphere, I would recommend it if you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in."
Ruby Bea Hotel Florence
"Self-check-in at the front desk was a bit tricky, but everything else was great."
Numa Florence Palazzo San Niccolò
"Self-check-in. The room is new and has been renovated, but there might be a slight odor. There's no elevator, so it's not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. It's a short walk to the Old Bridge and a 15-minute walk to the cathedral."
Antica Dimora Sant'Anna
"Perfect location between the train station and sight seeing objects. The nuns were very helpful and informative, they allowed us to wait in the lounge after check-out since we were unwell and couldn’t go out (out train was for another 4 hours). There were common pantry that we utilize to cook hot water, it was very helpful during the cold winter. The room itself was very spacious and easily fitted 2 large luggages. The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on it, so we added a couple layer of thick blanket as cushion. The room was heated with split A/C but still very cold in the bathroom."
