A really good hotel for the price š.
The front desk man was one of the nicest hƓteliers I met in Italy.
He really takes care of his guests and I arrived a bit early from the overnight train being tired. He allowed me to check in a bit earlier to..and I got breakfast the next day š¹š.
And he gave me some good advice also and very understanding. Thankyou sir. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Thereās an elevator, so you donāt have to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. When you open the window, you can see the street view. The room is not big, but itās clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the shower has good water pressure. Itās a great value-for-money hotelāhighly recommended!

The location is perfect, but please be mindful as the hotel in inside the city centre you can't have high hopes regarding the room.
The room very pretty average as compared to other B&B properties in Europe.
Breakfast was really good and parking is not available on site.
The receptionist in the evening and morning were really kind and helpful.
If you planing a tour to Florence without car then this is the place to stay and If you planing with car then look for hotels outside city.

Great location, close to the train station and bus stop, easy walking distance to the sights. More like an apartment than a hotel. The room had a kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. Clean, decent breakfasts. The only thing that upset me was the terrible audibility of not only the trains, but also all the neighbors in the area: when they come in, come, swim, talk to each other.

I could not be happier with this hotel. Exceptional service from the staff, helping me when i made a mistake with my booking days. The rooms are what you would expect for the price, which is great value within minutes of the train station.

3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and thereās no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!

The location is very good. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. You can go straight to the river and go to the Uffizi. The Church of the Flowers, the Central Market, and the famous shopping street are all about 10 minutes away. The old hotel has been renovated, with bedrests, wardrobes, The desks are all made of cement. Itās nice to get a feel for an old hotel. The bathroom is clean and the waiters are very nice. Breakfast is rich. There is milk, juice, sausage, bacon, cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bread, eggs, and coffee. Take bus No. 6 from the Academy Art Museum. When I got back, I just got off the car in front of the hotel.

Although it looks a bit old, it is not old in this way. You will find it very convenient to use, and some things are still there. For example, there is plenty of hot water, heating, and cleanliness. If this kind of decoration was placed in 20 years ago, it would be considered a luxury hotel.

Actually, it is at the level of 7-day hotels in China. The hotel is actually a bit old. They save as much as they can on facilities. There is nothing to look forward to. It is clean and can be used to sleep. The surrounding is also relatively quiet. The tram station is a few minutes' walk from the back of the hotel. It is indeed convenient. There is nothing surprising about the hotel. Instead, the sunset gave me a surprise. The colors are so beautiful and the changes are so beautiful. It was sunny every day for a few days. It was very comfortable. I want to stay in Florence for a few more days next time. There is a Chinese restaurant next to the tram. It seems to be opened by several people who studied in Italy. It still has a bit of student atmosphere. The food is okay. On the day I went there, a chef seemed to be planning to return to China. I don't know if it will be open later.

AAlfredGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but canāt have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. Thereāre plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. Thereās a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps thereād be a desk. The TV didnāt work but I wouldnāt watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels donāt do this). Highly recommended.

MMuniz PedroI was expecting the hotel to be what it is because most of the hotels in Firenze and other old historic cities in Italy rely on the old historic buildings for hotels. This one had the luxury of a lift (elevator)...š Up to the 3rd floor (where the reception was located. š« Then, I had to carry my luggage to 2 sets of narrow stairs to my room. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of bread,cheese, ham, drinks, and hot dishes. The reception staff (manager) was very welcoming, friendly, and provided useful information for a 1-day visit of the city. The room was relatively big for Firenze standards, with 1 queen and 3 single beds (room that was available).Beds were clean and comfortable, Bathroom was small but eater and drains working, which I was happy too. Price is expensive for what you get, because that is the way it is in Firenze and other cities in Italy. It was very conveniently located, 400m of the station, the main reason why I booked it. Overall, not bad.

JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.

GGuest UserHotel location is close to the Florence train station. Also it is easier to walk center of Florence. There isnāt elevator in 5th floor. So we have to go 4th floor with elevator, then we use stairs to get our floor. Hotel personal was friendly and helpful. We arrive hotel before check-in time and they let us to store our luggage in hotel.

SShijie SunA very good budget hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, you can tell that the business is renovating because the toilet has been obviously renovated. Considering its price, it can be considered a very good hotel, clean, with a good location (near the tram station), convenient parking and friendly service.
But I have to mention that the hotel has poor sound insulation, the windows and walls are a bit old, and the rooms are not well lit.
