BBudgetTravelerThe location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Florence. Strictly speaking, it is a hotel in the form of a homestay. Very warm, clean, comfortable and tidy. The room is cleaned every day to clean the trash can. Every time I go back to play, like returning home, the sheets and quilts will help to organize a whole knot, flat and flat. The air conditioner is cool and quiet, and the room has no smell. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let the sun shine in, the room is clean and bright! The windows are very soundproof and sleep quietly at night. I am very happy to have a microwave in the public area, and there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby for more than ten minutes. It is really great, and the peaches are cheap and good. There is a kettle in the room at this price, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee ☕️ and a small dessert. I like the place where there is a balcony in Europe. In the morning, I drink a cup on the balcony. It seems that passers-by come and go. The location is very good, just a few minutes away from the train station, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers. The only thing is that the shower room should pay attention to not spill the water on the toilet floor when taking a shower. Because the toilet is designed to keep the design beautiful, there is no door. Another thing to say is: be patient to read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill in the form and submit it. After the operation is completed step by step as required, you can get the mobile phone door interface, and then you can click the electronic lock to enter the house smoothly. The front desk staff enthusiastically helped take the luggage to the accommodation. All in all, our stay here has left us with good memories of a busy green and happy trip to Florence.

YYasmineLThe room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!

MMuniz PedroI was expecting the hotel to be what it is because most of the hotels in Firenze and other old historic cities in Italy rely on the old historic buildings for hotels. This one had the luxury of a lift (elevator)...😃 Up to the 3rd floor (where the reception was located. 🫠Then, I had to carry my luggage to 2 sets of narrow stairs to my room. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of bread,cheese, ham, drinks, and hot dishes. The reception staff (manager) was very welcoming, friendly, and provided useful information for a 1-day visit of the city. The room was relatively big for Firenze standards, with 1 queen and 3 single beds (room that was available).Beds were clean and comfortable, Bathroom was small but eater and drains working, which I was happy too. Price is expensive for what you get, because that is the way it is in Firenze and other cities in Italy. It was very conveniently located, 400m of the station, the main reason why I booked it. Overall, not bad.

JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.

AAlexandraSHotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…

The disadvantage is that for a single room, although the bathroom is of a suitable size, the shower room is very small. In fact, the bidet next to it is a bit redundant. The shower room in the expansion city is better.

GGuest UserThe location is average, about ten minutes walk from the tram station. The sheets were not very clean. I even saw blood stains that had not been washed away. . . . . We didn't see any staff during the whole process. We only communicated and paid by phone and email. We arrived at 11 noon. When we called the staff, she told us the door lock code and then allowed us to go in and put our luggage. This was good.
