Guest UserThis is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Guest UserThe hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge.
Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro.
The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already.
There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros).
My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet.
But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

XindawutaidadashuThe room was surprisingly spacious and heated. It's about 1.3 kilometers from the train station, an easy and flat walk, even with luggage. You can also take the tram. The TV offered a wide selection of channels, including free movies. There were also two complimentary bottles of water in the room.

It is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!

It was an apartment building, and the room itself was quite nice, with disposable slippers and a water heater—more than most European hotels, enough for a hot cup of tea. However, firstly, registering online in advance took a lot of time; secondly, the location was too hidden and hard to find—I called the company, and the driver spent ages finding it. Thirdly, arriving early meant there was nowhere to store my luggage, so I called again, and they told me to go to a place called ”Joy Hotel,” but they couldn't explain it clearly, and I didn't understand either (my English is fairly good). It took me over half an hour to find it, even though it wasn't far. Finally, during check-in, I had to use an app, and each time I opened Ctrip, there were three doors to open. Because there were so many doors inside, I was completely confused. I finally figured it out by calling, but the internet was down… I was so frustrated! 😫 I called the company to come and help me open it. I sat at the door for ages. If your English isn't great and it's your first time staying in an apartment like this, be prepared. Anyway, I don't really want to stay in an apartment again—it's just too inconvenient.

During my three days in Florence, the temperature consistently exceeded 40 degrees Celsius, coinciding with a scorching week. The hotel was quite close to the train station, only a 7-8 minute walk with my luggage. It had a courtyard with a gate, making it very quiet. I booked a triple room, which felt more like a family room—very spacious. The extra bed was in the loft. The air conditioning was powerful; there was no specific temperature setting, just adjust the fan speed, and it worked quite well. The receptionist was very friendly. There was an ice cream shop at the alleyway entrance of the hotel with many flavors at reasonable prices, and there were even Chinese-speaking staff. Looking at the guestbook, I noticed many Chinese guests stayed at the hotel, which made me sincerely wish my motherland continued prosperity.
