일단 위치는 최고임. 옥상이라서 창 밖 테라스에서 보이는 두오모배경의 일몰과 일출모습은 대박임. 그런데 호텔인데 프런트데스크가없어서 불편함. 체크인할때 시간약속해서 만나야 하는 번거로움이 있음. 계속 도착하기 30분전에 전화하라고 하는데 내가 무슨수로 현지인이랑 통화를 할 수 있겠음? 신경쓰여서 편두통이 옴. 엘레베이터 타고 올라간 담에 다락까지는 계단으로 올라가야함. 키주러 온 남자가 도와주긴 했지만 결국 손목이 나감. 내가 왜 이 돈을 주고 이 개고생을 해야하는지에 대한 의문이 잠깐 들었음. 4박하는동안 2명이서 일반타올 2장, 바디타올 2장갖고 버팀. 이메일로는 충분하다고 했지만 그게 다였음. 더 갖다주는 일은 없었음. 화장실 변기 물 내리기 힘듦. 보일러 트는 방법도 안알려주고, 틀어주지도 않은채 가버려서 새벽에 코가 시려워서 깸. 보일러 트는 방법은 그리 어렵진 않지만, 체크인 뒤에도 꺼져있었다는게 화가났음. 아무튼 경치는 죽여줘요.

For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean. You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay. My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes. Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room. If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe. Super good reviews, I will consider staying again next time!

This boutique hotel is a gem. It’s conveniently located and yet away from all the crowds. We stayed at one bedroom suite, well kept and clean and spacious. A great gelato shop and many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. Definitely will stay here again for future visits. The only complaint is that WiFi only works occasionally.

This place was amazing. Very centrally located with views to the Duomo. The apartment was very large and the kitchen well equipped. The third bedroom was in a separate self contained unit off the room terrace, a lovely little surprise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite a walk to the attraction but easily accessible by taxi. The room is spacious and comfortable. Value for money!

The room is big enough, with a washing machine, kettle, and an elevator in the small apartment. It is within a 10-minute walk to the surrounding attractions, and there are many restaurants downstairs. However, you must contact in advance if you check in after 20:00, and prepare 25 euros for the front desk lady as overtime pay. It is best to download Uber to go to the train station, as taxis are difficult to get here. When you check in, the lady will tell you various precautions in detail. It is a bit similar to our B&B, so there is no problem with safety. You have to take the garbage downstairs yourself.
