HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!

GGuest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and most attractions are within easy walking distance. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm room, which was quite spacious and had two bathrooms.

It's really less than 100 meters away from the Church of Flowers, three minutes' walk to Piazza della Signoria, and five minutes' walk to the Uffizi. The location is really great! ! The most, most, most recommended thing is their rooftop terrace. We eat breakfast for more than an hour every morning, and drink wine for an hour in the evening~~ Directly above the picture

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is decent — it’s close to a bus stop, which makes getting around fairly convenient. However, it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the city center. One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard outside, which is a nice place to relax. The room I stayed in was generally fine, but the privacy could be better — it felt a bit exposed at times. That said, the cleanliness was well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Overall, it was an okay stay.

GGuest UserGreat room. Quiet, everything is there. Warm. Good water pressure. The downsides are the lack of a lift and I saw too late that if you check in after 9 you have to pay 20€. If I had known, for the total amount of the fee (the amount for the night + these 20€) I would have taken another hotel with a lift and breakfast

SSAANOLocation is good near Santa Maria Novella station. The exterior is a bit scary because it is on the street with rakugaki, but the room is very clean. There is no fixed front desk, and I received a message in advance, saying, ”Since it is an overtime check-in, open the safety box with this PIN, take the room key and check in yourself.” After arriving, I couldn't find the safety box and was quite confused. After all, the staff came and helped me. The safety box was a box attached to the outer door, so if you have trouble with the same thing, please refer to it! By the way, check-out was easy because I should have left the key in the room.

The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
