The staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue with the towels, which I really appreciated. The cleaners were friendly, and the reception and bar staff were approachable and easy to talk to.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax and take in Florence.
I also liked that they host a pasta night every evening. It’s especially convenient when you’re tired from a day of touring and just want to stay in and relax.

The location is quite convenient as well, about a 17-minute walk to the Duomo, and just a few steps from Redi Station. Like 1-2 min walk.
Breakfast is à la carte. I wouldn’t recommend including it in your stay if you’re there for more than three nights, as the menu doesn’t offer much variety.
The place has a social, student-friendly vibe. However, if you’re looking for a quiet stay with minimal foot traffic and more privacy, you might want to consider other options.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. To get to the room, you have to go through two doors, which adds an extra layer of security with a code. There's a very practical and spacious storage area under the bed for luggage. The air conditioning runs 24/7, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

alinatravellingI traveled as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately, only one out of three nights was peaceful. I want to warn others about several management and safety issues I encountered here.
On Trip.com, only mixed dorms were available. The platform lists two types of 6-bed dorms: one explicitly labeled 'Mixed Gender' (which I booked) and another generic '6-Bed Dormitory Room' without any gender indication. Since there was no 'Female-only' option, I assumed these were essentially the same thing. I ended up alone in a room with three men, which felt quite unsafe and intimidating. My sleep was constantly interrupted by loud neighbors and the person in the bunk below me shaking the bed all night
When I requested a move to a female dorm or a more balanced mixed room the next morning, the staff was unhelpful. They claimed they couldn't move me because I hadn't booked through their website, even though female beds were available!! They initially demanded I pay the full price again for the next two nights.
After contacting Trip.com support, the hostel still refused to cooperate. Eventually, a more reasonable receptionist helped resolve the issue peacefully.
On my last night, a large group of school students arrived. They were incredibly loud, and it took over an hour after ”quiet hours” began for teachers and staff to finally calm them down. Be aware of this.
Cleanliness: Rooms are relatively clean.
Self-Service: You must make your own bed, which is very difficult if you are assigned a top bunk.
Extra Costs: Towels are not included and cost 1.9€.
Payment: They are strictly card-only.
Pros: There is free hot water at reception, a luggage room, and the location is conveniently close to the Campo di Marte station.
If you are a solo female traveler, be aware that management might prioritize profit over your safety and comfort :)

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

The location is good, but far from the main sights. Great breakfast, enough before lunch. What didn't like was the hearing from the next room, there was constantly someone coughing and watching the TV loud, because of it bad sleep. The minus was a very small shower for me, the toilet is right under the shower, the second time I wouldn't stop at this hotel. Good view from the window and breakfast has broken down the minus.

Amazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry.
The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water.
Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long.
All the best to this place and the team!

Guest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

A nice little hotel near the Uffizi. I'd like to point out that the breakfasts are excellent for Italy, as they even have boiled eggs. The donuts and coffee are delicious, and you can make your own cornetto in any flavor. There's also a small selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, and cold meats for a sandwich.
The bed is comfortable, there's a refrigerator, and the air conditioning works (both cooling and heating modes are definitely available.)
On the downside: the shower area's design is unclear. Everything flows out of the ”cabin,” mercilessly flooding the entire bathroom. The shower head flows in all directions, so it's unclear which way you should stand to be completely washed. And the damp smell is also not particularly appealing.

The room is large, and the ventilation system is good.
The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
