Best Western Plus CHC Florence

The location is a little far from the city center of Florence, but it is very convenient for the airport.

Convenient to airport, excellent service. Upgrade my booking, and free of breakfast provide. No matter I catched up my very early flight at 4am check out, reception also prepared breakfast bags for us. Very warm and intimate.

The hotel facilities is very outdated, creeky doors, very hard to close. You have to slam the door in order to close. Not the most pleasant way to depart in the mornings. The bathrooms are outdated, toilet ,shower, etc. Location is far out form the city but very close to the airport.

The hotel’s sewage system seems to have a serious problem, as there was a persistent unpleasant smell in certain areas during the stay, which affected overall comfort. Guests should also take extra care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended, as items may disappear or be stolen. Despite these concerns, the hotel does have some positive aspects. Its location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transport. The breakfast provided is also satisfying, with a decent variety of options.

Front desk people were super helpful and friendly. Neighborhood was not pleasant for walking but proximity to rail and airport were very good.

Good location close to the airport. Easy to check in and room was reasonably spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and wifi worked well. Air conditioning was poor - didn’t seem to work.
