A lovely place to stay in Florence. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located. A great choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay. 😊🇮🇹

Mixed Stay — Nice Room, Terrible Service 😬 Honestly, the hotel itself wasn’t bad — the room had high ceilings, a decent bed, and a practical little kitchenette. 🛏️✨ But the experience had some frustrating downsides. Having to do self check-in via an emailed code because reception is only staffed 9:00–14:00 felt inconvenient, and charging €1 for an espresso at reception (instead of offering complimentary coffee or having it in-room) just came across as cheap. ☕💸 The location could’ve been closer to the centre too, though it wasn’t the worst. 📍 Then came checkout — and this completely ruined the stay. The male staff member who called himself Gabriele behaved in a totally unacceptable way. After I showed my passport, my travel companion (who lives in Italy) presented her permesso (a valid national ID). He immediately became aggressive, shouting and insisting it wasn’t an official document — which is simply untrue. 🚫📄 She even offered a photo of her passport, which he eventually accepted, but his behaviour was intimidating, unprovoked, and honestly disturbing. It’s hard not to feel that he targeted her because she’s a young woman — the whole interaction was deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate. 😡 Disgusting conduct — not just towards paying guests, but towards people in general. Nice and clean room with a good view. Staffs are all friendly and kind. Enjoyed staying at the hotel and want to come back again!
