The location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement，and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!

This hotel is in a small alley. It seems to be a family-run hotel. The environment is very comfortable. There is a small courtyard in the middle. The room is a big loft! It's like living in a small villa. The kitchen utensils are all available. It is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is also very good and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor. When other guests come in and out, the noise is very loud. It is recommended to bring your own earplugs

Moreover, the street at the door has many bright street lights at night, and there are many restaurants along the road, so I feel safe when walking back to the hotel at night. Disadvantages: We stayed in room 202. There was a door next to the bed, which was sealed, but the sound insulation of the door was very poor. The conversation in the next room came through the door very clearly. We had to knock on the door to ask them to keep quiet at night. When I left the store, I told the front desk about this matter. She said that she could remind others by knocking on the door. It seems that they also know about the problem of this door. I don’t know if other rooms have this problem. It is recommended that the subsequent store can make it clear to the guests in the room with this door when they first check in, and ask both parties to keep quiet at night, which will reduce a lot of trouble.

When I was tired of walking during the day, I nestled in the sofa upstairs and opened a bottle of red wine, "Florence"~ The large parking lot cannot be found without opening the first door of the hotel. The hotel has a "sky view", and the sun shines in, blending with the ancient buildings, flowers and bonsai, "Florence"~

The room was upgraded and was excellent. The living room was upstairs so I didn't use it. The kitchen was also not used. But the room was large. Many Italian hotels require you to contact the hotel in advance, but this one provided an email on Ctrip, which was very considerate.
