I was wrapped when I walked in . Pool was great although crowded. Gym is not a gym - the fitness cross trainer was clunking. No mats or weights. Staff were great. Twenty minute walk from central station

They have not the best location but it was ok. İnside of the rooms door was too loud. Everything beside of this ı had a Friend there so it was a really best times for me.

The check in is so terrible. People have to wait for an hour for check-in. I can see other traveller are so mad and frustrated about this. The staff is friendly though but it just take so long for a check in. There is no curtain between bed in the dorm room, and feel like in a prison🤣. I have been to so many hostel but this one is the worst honestly. You need to put the keycard in the door side to have electricity for the dorm room. Yes it is a dorm room! The design is so stupid for applying in a dorm room. Why so stupid!!!?

Room and bathroom were very clean. I really liked the small storage space beside the bed, especially since I was on the top bunk. Location was great — about a 20-minute walk to the city center, with lots of cafés and restaurants along the way. There’s also a supermarket just a minute walk away, which was super convenient. Only downside was the long queue during check-in, but overall a great stay. Highly recommend

By far the best hostel I have stayed in Europe. Extremely clean, en-suite toilet, lockers (bring your own lock), towels and shampoo/bath gel provided, respectful guests (mostly youths) and all around good vibes. There are 2 pools, a sauna and gym. You can also do your laundry here if you wish. It is a 10min walk to Piazza Montelungo where most tours use as their pickup/dropoff point, very convenient. Also a Carrefour within a minute's walk if you need snacks, drinks, etc. This place really has everything!

The place is looking good with a helpful staff. The location is next to a beautiful park with a fountain. The downside is that you can’t lock your luggage. There’s only a cupboard without locker. The most important thing is to charge your phone but that’s impossible due to the fact that there’s is just one socket. It’s really disappointing to see if someone else is using it and you can’t. I expected each bed to have a socket.

Really nice hotel, near the stations to get the airport and all the staff you need as a tourist. Friendly front desk and excellent effective services. Nice first station in Florence:) Tips: Laundry can only received 5 Euro bills, don't try to put in coins.
