Marcia was very helpful with booking the 2 rooms we needed. I would describe this as a Bed and Breakfast. It has very nice grounds and buildings. The pictures on there website accurately depict the facility. The rooms are spacious and everything if very clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend staying at Haute Haus.

Pousada muito boa. Adoramos. Todos foram muito receptivos e educados conosco. Pontos altos: café da manhã, limpeza e piscina boa. Pousada fica em um ponto ótimo da ilha, bem central. É arborizada e linda! Tem uma trilha privativa que vai até a praia da Joaquina. Não fomos dessa vez e queremos voltar para conhecer. Importante: tem uma doguinha fofa na pousada que alegra os hóspedes! ♥️

Excelente localização na Lagoa. A equipe é muito cuidadosa e educada. Piscina ótima! Só que o mais importante foi a preocupação e a empatia que tiverem comigo no dia do concurso. Como sairia muito cedo não teria oportunidade de tomar o café da manhã. Mesmo assim a Natália foi de uma gentileza ímpar separando frutas, iogurte, granola, bolo, pães e frios para que pudesse tomar o café no quarto. Esse gesto me ganhou e valorizou muito mais meu olhar pelo lugar, q é sim muito bonito e bem administrado.

Quarto limpo, lindo e espaçoso como nas fotos. Muito bom ficar cercados pela natureza com vista para a lagoa. A varanda é enorme. Legal poder usar todo o espaço da casa e o atendimento é excelente, assim como o café da manhã. A piscina é muito boa também.

Local faz anúncio no Airbnb, com preço informado e filtros quanto a quantidade de pessoas e dias mínimos. Quando mostramos interesse em viajar com a família para o local, simplesmente pararam de responder, editaram o valor no app de maneira absurda e sumiram. Que papelão! Não é confiável

Estive na Haute Haus com minha esposa de 20 a 24 de setembro de 2022. Fui para um Congresso mas aproveitei para conhecer a cidade. A pousada é fantástica, aconchegante, em um local paradisíaco, a Lagoa da Conceição. O atendimento é excelente, mãe e filha trabalham no local, muito atenciosas! Pretendo voltar a Floripa a passeio e ficaremos nessa excelente pousada!
