Awful. Dirty. Old. Nothing like the photos. Dirty pools, ants in the rooms and bathrooms in poor condition. The only good thing is the location. They also robbed us. I still can't believe that this hotel is advertised with 4 stars. Don't go, it's a scam!

Apartamento amplio, eso es uno punto a favor. Hormigas en la cocina, moscas. Olor nauseabundo en pasillos, estacionamiento terrible olor a cloaca. Aires AC. con ruidos muy molestos q alteran el sueño. Mantenimiento malo. Piscina cerrada, sin aireación lo que favorece la circulación de virus. Todos los integrantes la tuvimos el virus, la.agarramos ahí. No hay un desayuno acorde a un virus ya instalado. El desayuno MALO. El espacio para desayunar es apretado, el aire no alcanza a enfriar el lugar. Faltan Aires Acondicionados. No tiene cochera techada, y te bajas del vehículo y el olor a cloaca invade.

Un Hotel al que hay que hacerle mantenimiento y actualizarlo un poco. Esta viejo.. El desayuno casi llega a lo standard. El personal (un argentino de ***** Bs As.) que presta el servicio de playa (sillas y sombrillas) un maleducado, no quiere hacer su trabajo y total mala onda. (hay que cambiarlo). El resto del personal dentro de la franja de amables. Lo positivo, es que el hotel esta en la primera línea de playa, lo cual es practiquísimo para uno o para familias con hijos chicos, ya que antes de la playa además, posee una piscina y eso ayuda a la calificación, sumado que posee estacionamiento propio.

Quarto amplo e muito confortável Limpeza diária Banheiro bom (mas o chuveiro podia ser melhor) Ar condicionado já ligado quando entramos, então a sensação de conforto foi imediata. Serviço de Praia feito pelos meninos do restaurante, muito solícitos e educados. Pé na Areia e dispõem de cadeiras e guarda-sol Café da manhã normal, o básico. Ótima localização e custo benefício.

Un asco todo, hotel sucio y viejo ubicado en una playa sucia. Barrio con feo olor a cloaca. Mar siempre con bandera impropia por la Escherichia coli. Todos los nenes vomitando con gastroenteritis. Hay que meterse al mar con traje de buzo. El servicio de restaurante y playa concesionado a una empresa de cuarta, les faltaban sombrillas y sillas. El que le pone 5 estrellas a esto realmente me hace pensar que en su vida salió de un camping.

Quiero dejar de manifiesto que un recepcionista de la noche de vuestro hotel me faltó el respeto señalándome que me regalaba por cómo me vestía. Increíble que aún existan hombres así No es mi amigo, ni lo conozco y me ofenda? Mis vacaciones iban perfectas hasta que su trabajador logró amárgalas gratuitamente Es vital dar a conocer estas situaciones que muchas mujeres tenemos que lidiar y la haré públicas porque no puede ser que gente así trabaje atendiendo público y se refiera así. Para la infraestructura el hotel es caro y la limpieza en general es poco pulcra

Experiencia horrível. O quarto era antigo, com as paredes cheia de mofo. Hotel todo com aspecto de sujo e mal cuidado. Precisa de alguma modernização ou reforma urgente. Tinha até formigas pequenas que só saem com dedetização. Valor pago foi caríssimo para a péssima condição do hotel. As imagens que eles mostram não chegam nem perto da realidade. Fujam deste hotel

Malisima experiencia nos robaron plata y nos tratan mal, dicen que es imposible y ya lei que le paso a otras personas. Su respuesta es que es imposible pero la plata no esta y no se hacen responsables. Me revolvieron toda la ropa y dicen que para limpiar. Lamentable. Te arruinan una vacación y no cuidan al turista. No volvemos más. El hotel se esta deteriorando cero mantención
