Hotels Near Relax in Florianopolis

All aspects are very good, very satisfied.

In the 4 days that my family was here (I am the only American, my wife's family is Brazilian) the problems were consistent and all should have been avoidable. Firstly, the first day of breakfast they served powdered eggs instead of real ones. Then, they gave us a room that the wifi didn't reach, and then refused for an entire day to let us change rooms (I am a day trader in addition to my regular job so at least some connection is important for me). Then, the room they moved us to had no working heater (since it was the cold season when we stayed in Brazil that was irritating) and they said they didn't have any other rooms they could move us too except THE HOTEL WASNT EVEN AT HALF CAPACITY. So they just refused because we are beneath them I guess. Lastly, and the entire reason I'm wasting time writing this review, is that on the last day of our stay I was mid-shower when the hot water just disappeared at 9:30AM. The shower bubbled and died. When my wife went to the front desk to see what the problem was, they said that they were doing maintenance and the water would be off for the next few hours. HOW THE HECK DO YOU HAVE MAINTENANCE DURING THE TIME OF DAY THAT PEOPLE NEED THE HOT WATER AND THEN DECIDE NOT TO TELL THEM! EVEN if there is no other time to do maintenance, at least inform your guests so they can work around it. This is by far the worst hotel ever, and I have stayed in hotels in West Africa, so I am not exaggerating. Even for Brazil standards, this place isn't worth staying in for 30 minutes.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel & Pousada Favareto. Arrived late and got a taxi from the airport that took around an hour. When I arrived at the hotel the check in was easy and the check in person spoke great English. (This is not the common in Brasil, even in some famous brands). Room was clean and close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Praia dos Ingleses in Florianpolis.

Hotel Pé in the Sand! The only thing you left to wish was the pressure of the shower water. Morning coffee: A lot of variety with options without gluten and without lactose. Beach and Pool: There is no recreation or monitoring in the pool, but nothing to catch. Beach service was ok, but to pick up a chair and keep sun in the most moving days, come early (in the period that was there, a staffer was missing that was sick, so the beach service was a little compromised). Location: Well in the heart of the English, many restaurants, markets, shops at the hotel door. You just need to pick up the car if you really want. Parking: Payment part - R$ 30/dia.

O hotel tem boa estrutura e a vista é sensacional. Pontos a melhorar: fizemos a reserva e o pagamento pelo site. No entanto nos cobraram uma taxa na chegada, com a justificativa que não é possível fazer toda a cobrança on-line. Mas não havia essa informação no momento da reserva e nem no e-mail de confirmação. A passarela chegando na praia precisa de reforma. Os idosos tem dificuldade de acessar a praia com cadeiras e etc. No mais a estadia foi muito agradável.

Do chek in ao chek out foi perfeito! Equipe impecável, sempre solícita! Escolhemos a acomodação mais simples mas limpa e sempre bem cuidada. Viajamos em família, 4 adultos, encontramos várias famílias com crianças, ambiente calmo. O hotel dispõe de vários tipos de acomodação, local superou nossas expectativas. Indicaria sim para meus amigos, praia próxima muito boa, ao lado tem restaurante com cozinha italiana bem gostoso , um café, farmácia e um posto de saúde, outros tantos restaurantes nas imediações bem recomendados.

We spent 2 days at the hotel, inclusive the birthday of my wife. Additional to the very charming beach with many attractions as a tour on a pirate boat in the style of ”pirates of the caribian” , the hotel itself has many convincing features like a wonderfull view to the bay, a very engaged staff, a good kitchen and it offers in the morning rather a brunch than a breakfast. In both evenings the hotel offered live music, which especially enhances the good atmosphere. Nevertheless it would be worthwhile if the management would further invest into this lovely place, since it shows some traces of ”past glamour”.

The hotel is simple but well located and my assessment is especially for the team. Salete made my stay a 5-star experience, very performing, sympathetic and flexibly, made all the negative issues stand in the backdrop. I emphasise the team in general too, the cleaning girls, the restaurant staff and reception in general, a very good team that would shine much more if the hotel had more structure, the minimum is to have water available in the room, a better wifi and I had a problem with myg infestation, where the staff did everything to try to solve.

The hotel itself it’s cute, the room was very dated but doable. The day I checked in and entered there was dead flys in the toilet, I just thought it was gross but maybe the room had been closed for a long time. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. They cleaned my room once, and never left clean towels. We asked for the extra bed to be made and before it was made had disgusting dirty sheets on it. The one time they cleaned my room, the bed was neatly made. Then I wake in the morning to a stained sheet. Just disgusting. There was no way they wouldn’t have seen that. Very disappointing. It’s not a very cheap place to stay that. I won’t be returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay in this beautiful part of Florianopolis. Front desk staff were most welcoming, as was the service at the poolside bar. There is easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach in the area and the apartments are spacious and modern. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped and breakfast most enjoyable and filled with variety. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil environment. Only downside was the wifi connection which was unstable at times.
