Should avoid it at all cost. Unprofessional, rudely behaving staff who will mislead you just to avoid helping you. Hotel is U shaped so the rooms are far from the reception desk. Breakfast box is not worth the price and the Parking is never available. Was a nightmare stay for my family and the staff did nothing to improve our experience. Was a terrible mistake booking this hotel. Never again.

Lovely receptionist. Nice large room. Good bed. Good shower plenty of hot water. Good price. Could control your room heater. Good location in the centre of the town. Just sorry we did not have a longer stay. Will return again when in The Fort. .

this is the first time, i have stayed at fort william and it will be the last, time, the hotel is nice the thing that put me off is the parking, the carpark has holes in it, and its not sutiable for disabled people, the reception staff are helpful, thats all

I had a great stay at Travelodge Fort William – the room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed for a relaxing trip. But what really made the experience stand out was Christina at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her warm personality made me feel right at home, and it’s clear she goes above and beyond for guests. A real credit to the place! Would definitely stay here again, especially knowing such lovely people are working there.

As from the minute I entered, the reception member was outstanding and helped when I said I had medical problems. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I was just looking for a base for the night after a long drive seeing sights on the way up. I only expected a reasonably comfortable bed and a hot shower. The location was very central with a car park to the rear. There is possibly the nicest Wetherspoons pub below the Travelodge that has good food at a very reasonable price. Great deals on drinks. The Travelodge staff were super friendly and helpful. Due to its location it's very handy for the train station, shops and the local pubs of which there are many. Would book again without hesitation.
