Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club
"Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests."
Nevis View
"B&B after Fort William in the town of Corpach. There are two rooms and they are part of the house where the hosts live, kind without being too affable. The bathroom is shared with the other room and it is very clean as is the room. The room was narrow, there were 3 of us with our luggage and we couldn't move even if there were two of us the cost would have been too low. The quality-cost ratio was average. They offer a good Scottish breakfast in the price."
The Caledonian Hotel
"Staff is friendly & helpful, spacious room though it’s a bit old, maintenance is good. Great view if you get a lake view room. An interesting small town nearby to look around"
Nevis Bank Inn
"The only way to get to and from the Isle of Skye, but the hotel cups weren't very clean."
Linnhe Lochside Holidays
"Very lovely place, easy to find and lovely staffs. Recommened"

"Perfect location as part of the West Highland Way and for walkig to Ben Nevis. Also a great location to use to visit other walks nearby. They have a stamp for the WHW passport too! Modern rooms, clean and fresh with helpful staff to make sure you knew where everything was. Opportunity to use the prepare your own food facilties but also purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner if you so wish. Fantastic views and the facilities were clean an tidy aswell - brilliant to wash and dry clothes aswell!"
Alexandra Hotel
"Staffs are very kind."
The Garrison
"One of the few hotels in Fort William. The facilities are average. The soundproofing is not good. The hotel does not provide disposable items."

Hillview Guest House
"This is a nice guest house with a very welcoming host. Good parking and located a few minutes walk from a good hotel restaurant. However, the double room we had was a bit cramped and the double bed was very small. Breakfast was well laid out but no cooked food was available. At this price I would have expected a cooked breakfast. My bad for not noticing this on booking as it is stated on the website. I don't eat cereal so ended up having some toast and getting breakfast elsewhare. If you don't mind a small room and lack of cooked breakfast then I would recommend this as a place to stay."
Muthu Fort William Hotel
"Due to personal travel reasons, I was unable to arrive at the hotel on time. I contacted the hotel multiple times 2-3 months in advance without success, and the hotel replied that the time could not be changed or the booking could not be cancelled. I suggest that the hotel handle such cases flexibly according to the actual situation to avoid wasting resources by having empty rooms on the day of booking and causing tourists to lose all room fees. After all, it is a business."
Onich Hotel & Lochside Beach Pods
"Very nice staff brilliant service 👍"
Loch Leven Hotel & Distillery
"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Fort William houses are difficult to book in August. The house I saw online said it was a superior cabin. I really didn't understand the point of the room. When I went there, I realized that it looked like a high-end prefabricated house. About twelve square meters. It’s not like Fifteen square meters as described by Ctrip. As soon as I entered the house, it smelled like sweat. The house was very cold because it was on an open field. There is a heating system, but it heats up very slowly. I heated it until eleven o'clock and it was only twenty degrees. The bathroom was about one level and I couldn't take a shower in it. I slept all night with my clothes on. The key point is that a house like this costs more than 2,200 a night at this time. We booked two rooms for two nights. After sleeping all night, I decided not to stay any longer. The boss doesn't check out. Ctrip thought I was a high-quality customer and refunded 500 yuan to me. I just think it's a big hole. Breakfast in the morning is a la carte with a small amount of buffet. Not tasty. It feels like you made your own sausage. Unpalatable."
Moorings Hotel
"We arrived late but one of the staff helped us for check in and assisted us with our luggage. Room was spacious and overlooking the canal. The view from our room was stunning. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed sitting at the Bistro. Staff was helpful and helpful."
Inverlochy Castle Hotel
"One of the best country house hotels in Europe i have stayed at inverlochy castle 4/5x its always sublime!"
Treetops B&B
"We spent 2 nights in the Great Glen room at TreeTops. The location is slightly out of town but therefore beautifully quiet, with stunning views of Ben Nevis! JJ, the host, met us and introduced us to all they offer. He is a great source of local knowledge, and helps guests make the most of their stays. Room was huge and beautifully appointed. Linen and towels crisp and fluffy respectively. No room service provided but this is absolutely no problem … if you need anything extra, just ask. Brekky was continental but plenty to choose from and fill up for the day! Highly recommend!"
Ben Nevis Guest House

Corran Bunkhouse
"Good place in Highlands"
The Ballachulish Hotel
"Nice location. Very beautiful surroundings. My room was kinda small, but well equipped. Just be aware that the wooden structure inevitably introduces some noise. The breakfast was ok, but the view was definitely a bonus point!"
Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments
"Very spacious and excellently laid out apartment for a family of 5. Location is very good, away from the hubbub but close to the town centre. Fully equipped and very clean. Communication with landlord was very easy; overall very much recommended!"
