"Nice staff we checked in at 18:00. Parking space is quite limited we have to wait for half an hour to get the parking space. The room is great small but enough. There are some restaurants around the hotel."

"This is the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in in the UK, but also the smallest one. The cost performance is too low and the check-in procedure is the most complicated. But the hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, the service lady is very enthusiastic, the breakfast room is amazing, and the breakfast quality is also very good."

"Very nice hotel with amazing views. Location is decent but not next to the climbing path for Ben Nevis. Also the road to it is quite long and slightly slanted so was very icy - be careful. Otherwise very clean and nice lady at the desk. Parking is free. And price is very good."

"This lil accommodation is such a gems. The location is quite and peacefully. Basic amenities but we don’t have problem at all. Spacious and lovely room. The bonus is free breakfast. We would love to come back again next time!"

The Ballachulish Hotel

"Nice location. Very beautiful surroundings. My room was kinda small, but well equipped. Just be aware that the wooden structure inevitably introduces some noise. The breakfast was ok, but the view was definitely a bonus point!"

"This was certainly the highlight of our trip. From the very warm reception to the highly equipped and functional kitchen, it was a dream. They explain everything during welcome and all through the stay. I can't recommend this enough."

Lime Tree Hotel

"We had reason to go onto this hotel to complain about the restaurant, we didn't stay here so only have experience of the staff. The reception wasn't manned, the person who came when we rang the bell seemed nonplussed. We asked to speak to the manager who.....surprise, surprise was the chef from our bad experience the night before. The hotel and restaurant are trying so hard to be high end but the only thing high end is the price (certainly in the restaurant but judging by the grubby reception, the hotel is no better). The chef in the restaurant acting as the manager of the hotel is just weird and he doesn't seem to excel at either. Save your money!"

"Wonderful place to stay ( very clean and functional). 15 minutes walk to train station and main Fort William commercial area (restaurants, shopping, etc.). Very helpful and knowledgeable host."

Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments

"Wonderful, well equipped apartment in the beautiful, sunny town of Fort William. Short walk from town centre and public transport, walking distance to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre too. Special treat to have two bathrooms in a two bed apartment. Neil and Tracy were very helpful in advising luggage storage options. Would love to stay again!"
