Asked for a Non end corner room on C Trip and when I checked in. Then when I went to the room it is an end corner room. Waste my time going down to change room. Then when we were in the room, we were not able to adjust the temperature. We called front desk and they sent a lady in. She tells us that because we just go it the room the temperature will not go down. That was not the problem. The temperature can not be adjusted. We were on the 7th floor which is the top floor and it was hot. Water pressure is very weak. The cleaning ladies were very noisy.
This is one of the worse Vienna hotel that I stayed in. I used to stay here every time I am visiting the area. No longer will I book this hotel again. Very bad service.

酒店靠近西樵山，周邊有商超，停車也方便，房間空間很大，床睡着很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，空調出風也還好，前台服務態度很好，很不錯的一次出行。

服務迴應很及時，房間裏的一應設施陳設都很人性化，床頭的充電線，還有桌子和牆上插頭的位置都很合理，再有機會的話還會選擇入住維也納的。

酒店位置比較方便，房間乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬度合適，被子很舒服；服務也還滿意，衹是服務員看起來不是太熱情；酒店停車還是比較方便的，衹要不是太晚回來都是有位置的。

總體來説各方面都還滿意的，就是停車停費的問題另我們的心感到不愉悦，酒店提供免費停車，為啥我們離店時兩台車還要另外交停車費，而且兩台車的費用又一樣，這另我們十分不解！

入住的是3人間親子家庭房，酒店地理位置很好，離西樵山很近，餐廳外面的露台可以看見西樵山的大佛。早餐還可以，能吃飽。因為是家庭房，3個人入住，但是牙刷，拖鞋，礦泉水都是2份，有待改進。但是整體來説性價比還可以。
