Great location! Great hotel stay here! Complimentary apples, gummies & refreshing water near Reception area. Hotel staffs are very polite & friendly! Room is very clean & the comfy bed that make us sleep thru the night very well! Highly Recommended 👍👍

Nice and clean rooms. Quiet and good service. The hotel provides coffee and tea and also some ne bottle of complimentary water. Sweet and apples are also available and reception for free. Recommended

Horrible experience. Leftover food rotten in the room and what was worse is one of the management staff tried to shift the blame on us. When found the rotting food with another staff member, a mere compensation of buffet for dinner at their restaurant was offered. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly though.

Hotel location was well-located with several restaurants nearby, a supermarket around 3mins walk away, and around 10mins walk away from Frankfurt Cathedral. The room was spacious, well-furnished with the necessary amenities & toiletries. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the aircon & wifi connection is good too. There is elevator and carpark in this hotel as well. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, upon our arrival there were quite a few groups of people waiting to check-in. As there were only 2 check-in personnel at the front desk, we had to wait around 15mins for check-in. Aside from that, we had an overall pleasant stay.

Hotel was nice and very near to the train station, i was here to attend an exhibition, the staff also super friendly and helpful, next time when i came here again will definitely stay in this hotel again, thanks!!

Hotel was clean but parking was expensive. Would come back again though as we enjoyed it.
