SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right next to the central station, easy to locate. The rooms are clean and spacious for 2 adults.
We have booked 2 rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other or at the same level, however, as we have arrived before the check in time (2pm), we were told to use the check in machine instead of the counter. The problem we faced is that the check in machine doesn't allow us to check in 2 rooms at one go and required us to check in the room individually. As a result, we were given 2 rooms at different level by the machine. We highlighted this to the staff and the issue was eventually resolved with the assistance from the helpful staff at the counter. The whole experience will be better if the machine is robust enough to handle group check in.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserChecked in late around 10pm and got assigned a room on the 4th floor that wasn’t cleaned yet. I was shocked when I saw that. Already tired, I had to drag my luggage to the reception again and ask for a proper room. Another reception staff assigned me to a room on the 7th floor with nice view of the train station (thanks). However, on the last night, saw a tiny cockroach at the side of the window in my room. Again, shocked since I expected better from a Japanese chain hotel. The design of the room was a bit old school and should be modernized and would appreciate if basic toilet amenities were provided. Breakfast was decent with a variety of food. Reception staff (aside from the one who assigned me the uncleaned room) was super friendly, nice and helpful. Overall, value stay and the location is great.

LLukas MariusI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

GGuanguanxiaoxiongmaoThe facilities and services are good, and the room has two separate beds. Although it's compact, it has everything you need. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll.

TTim Captures MomentsWe stayed one night at the niu Charly in Frankfurt, just across from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel itself was excellent — modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a full selection and great views. The location was super convenient, as we dropped off our rental car at the station and walked straight to the hotel.
The only thing to be aware of is the area around the station. It’s very busy, with a lot of street activity and groups of people around, especially in the evening. We felt safe inside the hotel, but less so walking outside at night. During the day it was easier, and the hotel staff and facilities were fantastic.
Overall, a great hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience — just keep in mind the character of the station district if you’re planning your stay.
