MY Cloud Transit Hotel - Guests with International Flight Only! Reviews

I have already checked in once in 2021, and January this year is my second stay. I chose my second stay because it is clean and the environment is very good!

Location is very very good inside the airport Terminal 1 for easy boarding again.

Perfect in-airport hotel for people transiting through Europe anf cannot leave the airport. Too small but clean.

Would be really useful to offer options to get food specially when traveling with kids

You can stay for one night during the transit and it will really give you a good rest. When we arrived, we walked for a long time following the signs. We passed the circle in the photo and walked for a while and we arrived. There was a bus when we left, but we didn’t have to walk a few steps. The room is small but enough for a rest. It's much more comfortable than an airport lounge chair for one night.

The room was relatively small. There was no air conditioning that day. I was given a fan. It was the only hotel in the airport. I had no choice, but it was relatively clean and quiet. There was shower gel and shampoo, but no other disposable items. You had to ask for slippers from the front desk.

The rooms are small but well equipped and very clean. If it is a double occupancy, remember to ask for another quilt (the quilt is super small), and the coffee machine next to the front desk is awesome. If it is an overnight transfer without inbound luggage, it is very suitable. But if you want to pick up your luggage halfway, don't book it, because you have to go out of the country and then re-check in, and then re-enter, and you have to go through security checks. It was very convenient for us to stay one night through the direct luggage transfer on our outbound trip. We couldn't take out our luggage through the direct luggage transfer on our return trip because it was too late (22:00) and the security check and immigration were off duty, so we didn't even get to stay. So embarrassing.

Apart from Xiaogui, there is nothing bad 😀 Although the room is small, it is clean! It can only be said that the Germans are still rigorous in their work! The 10-square-meter small room also has a toilet and a shower room, but after taking a shower, you don’t feel the humidity in the room, it feels very good!
