The location is good, just two stops from Frankfurt, and close to the station. When I visited the central station, I felt that the area was unsafe, but I didn't feel that the hotel was close at all, so I was able to stay there safely. Maybe because it's new, the facilities are very clean, and there is a powerful hair dryer, which is rare in Europe, so I was satisfied. The staff were also friendly, and even though I accidentally arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, they let me check in early, saying that it would be finished in 10 minutes. I would like to stay here again.
Good for travellers. Strategic location that is close to FRA airport. Ample parking space in the garage. I booked a queen bed room but was given twin beds instead, did not bother about it as it was only for a couple of nights. Room is not equipped with a hot water kettle, however, front desk staff were happy to compel to give hot water in a flask every time. Room has a bluetooth sound system that one can connect a phone wirelessly and start playing music. Considerable choice the next time I fly via FRA. This hotel has very high occupancy rate...many guests checking in and out throughout the day.

This hotel has everything you will need in a home . Mini kitchen, ironing board, washing machine etc. so travellers, you can come to this hotel and rest with ease. Their breakfast is not up to standards but they are very friendly and you certainly will leave with a stomach full. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt
The hotel was clean and somewhat spacious since I got the XL room. Reception staff was friendly. Unfortunately twice I was disturbed even when I had the DND hung outside room door. Once was just after 1pm (they knocked my door to see if I still needed housekeeping) - actually 2 staff of which one seemed like a supervisor. AGAIN next day, same notice hung out, but I got a phone call in room (just after 12pm) from HSKP manager mentioning that I have a DND hung outside, do I still need my room made (of which I said no thank you). I come from this line of work and know clearly you should not disturb the guest in any means other than a note thru the door. I thought this was standard SOP, maybe it's not in Frankfurt? Maybe I expected too much. Another technical frustration was the auto sink faucet. The sink was as shallow as a plate, the auto faucet would splash the water all over my clothes(and the whole sink area). Seriously annoying. Sometimes it kept splurting when no one was in the bathroom. U know that would spook anyone out right!. Otherwise, there is a nice shopping plaza beside the hotel. Short walks from U/Trains. The place was clean. Just honest feedback from my experience only.
It is only one U4 stop away from the main train station. The rooms are high and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and the meal hours are long (holidays 7:00am-12:00pm). The hotel is next to the mall, which contains REWE supermarket and DM drugstore. There is also a restaurant, which is very convenient.
The service staff are smiling, polite and very professional.
The hotel is just across a big shopping mall and walking distance from the central station, in a safe area. All personnel was kind and helpful. The breakfast is a big plus, has plenty of options for all tastes. Some places can be seen they are worn out and need a lift up, like the bathroom.
Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff.
The proximity to Messe was the best part.
Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system.
Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean.
Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.
Very comfortable, modern, new hotel. I felt welcome every time I walked in the door. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Take note the rooms even have cooking facilities so they're more like serviced apartments. I like that the building is small, so I don't have to take a long lift ride or walk very far to get to my room! The self service laundry facilities are very useful. They even provide detergent pods and have little waiting areas with beanbags and tablets in the laundry room! And there's laundry on every floor so you don't have to share with a lot of people. They have a selection of pillows to choose from. They even have umbrellas to borrow, although it's not advertised. I feel the location isn't very convenient though. The easiest way I found to get to Romer is an 800 m walk to the Frankfurt (Main) Güterplatz tram stop then number 11 tram. The Skyline mall nearby doesn't have many shops, but it has the essentials like a supermarket, pharmacy, and eating places.

MMeganeIt is the second time I book in this hotel, with a different room type this time.
The room was spacious, well equipped and ideally located for me.
The staff was once again helpful and welcoming.
Nice point I didn’t know the first time, we can go downstairs get tea, coffee and other hot drinks for free.
HHAOReally, you can give a 3.5 point. Say the good first:
Location: Not far from the airport, Frankfurt Railway Station, Rome Square, taxis are within 10-25. In a country with a very high traffic, this fare is really too humane...
Breakfast: 13 euros a, moderate. You know, there is nothing to choose from for breakfast in European hotels, and the taste of the food (see photo) is still ok.
If it is a self-driving tour of Frankfurt, this hotel location is OK, the room price is very cheap. However, if you don't drive... the surrounding area is too desolate... there are no convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance...
The bathroom toilet in the room is a simple shower room, very compact. The Germans and the Japanese have a fight, but really can use small space. The ”shower room” is a bit strange taste... not very heavy...
But, to say the sound of my room on the elevator's side, the roar of the elevator's up and down is really earthshaking... day and night. So, cherish sleep, stay away from the elevator.
By the way, the room is empty. Empty, meaning that there is no bottled water, no drinking cup, no slippers, toothbrush, etc., don't think of the ”genuine artifact” of the kettle... Remember, in addition to the hair dryer, shower gel, the room is provided with a bed to sleep...
KKUANAt the peak, I can thank you for making a reservation.... Wow, hahaha, good..... The room is small, the environment is ok... The location is also the center, so find it..
SStuey_bhoyEnjoyed our stay here during the Euros. One night it was perfect location not too far the centre. Close to public transport and some shops and restaurants. The man working at the hotel was very helpful and allowed us to check in early.
GGuest UserIt is in the central area, not far from the exhibition, and it is just a walk away. The hotel is clean, the service is good, and the stay is very satisfactory. The lobby facilities are particularly good and the breakfast is diversified.
JJolieLeeBasic equipment for a single person room. But the door and soundproofing between rooms are not good. At the time am staying( 12pm) the sounds of opening and closing doors and banging on doors were very noisy
GGuest UserThe service is very warm, the environment is good, and the facilities in the hotel are complete, which is very suitable for families and short-term business trips. Very satisfied with a stay experience,👍
