Take light and space and imagination to make something special. The NHOW has a hold on this concept. This is my second visit and it still turned my head. The quality of the building and the builders have created a space to recreate and relax and do business. The rooms are very comfortable and each has a unique style. Like choosing an outfit for the day, one can feel confident in a good sleep, nice room, and peaceful thoughts. The NFT bar on the 47th floor has a hall of stars to walk through. These stars have somehow fallen to the reception. I hope they did not hurt their heads! Deniz, Margaritha, Alex, Jonas, the front desk staff are all stars in the galaxy of hospitality. The food service was very well presented. There are many guests in the hotel, but it somehow felt comfortable at all times. Is the second visit worth a third one? Of course! There is no sense of containment in this hotel, rather a freedom to wonder and work at a pace that you choose. NHOW is now NWOW.
This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.
Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

A spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen. Walkable distance from the central train station (about 15 mins). There is a shopping mall next to the hotel with dm, supermarket and pharmacy inside. The room is a bit dark at night as the lights are not enough.

The reservation for my stay was made via my travel agent. This is not normally a corporate approved hotel and I now understand why. When making the booking the agent requested early check-in, but did not request guaranteed early check-in. That means if a room is available upon arrival one can check-in. If no room is available one has to wait until regular check-in time which in this case is 15:00. The hotel is located next to the trade and convention center. There are no events as yet due to the pandemic. The hotel is quiet. I arrive and ask to check-in and am told I could only do so as of the official check-in time. When I mention early check-in had been requested by my agent a second receptionist appears and confirms that rooms are available. She also proceeds to inform me that I need to pay a EUR 40 fee for early check-in. I challenged this and mentioned that no other hotel will charge such a fee if rooms are vacant at the time of the person arriving wanting to check in. The receptionist explains that staff had to work faster to ensure the room would be available for early check-in and hence the fee. As it turns out the room was last cleaned, aired and disinfected April 27th, a full six days prior to my arrival. Hence this fee is simply to rip off of guests. While the rooms are fine, the hotel is centrally located and well connected to public transport, this organized extortion means I will never book this place again.
The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.
We were pleasantly surprised, great room and amenities. Good value for the money, great location with the mall across the street. Room were spacious and well appointed. Friendly staff and they wanted to be helpful. Room were clean and well kept. The bar area was a nice find, but we had to get drinks from the bartender as we were invisible to the waiter who was tending to larger tables. The chocolate hour was fun, but people were filling plates and the offerings were not refilled.
We have been in the Best Western Plus Welcome in Frankfurt several times and are always happy to come back because everything is perfect. As our son 2 houses continue to live, it is the ideal accommodation and starting point for our city trips, as it is ideally located on the OpenV. Bus and tram stops are just in front of the house.
The room was simply decorated, the letter was more than correct. With regard to the household it is not made in detail. Our air conditioning was no longer working so they were kind to lend us a fan. Practical for a short stay, quiet place. The staff is pleasant.

GGuest UserA great hotel in Frankfurt City Centre and in close reach of many local activities (The River was approx 15 min drive including traffic, walking distance) Check in was smooth and the room was modern and surprisingly large with small kitchen area and large bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable; there is even washing facilities on each floor. Underground parking for the hotel which cost (I think/Approx) $20 per night, be careful if your car is a wide SUV as this may be quiet tight for you! We will definitely return when back in Frankfurt!
GGuest UserWe recently stayed 2 nights at Citadines. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with a toaster, kettle, hob and large fridge. The bed is very comfy. Housekeeping is once a week, but you can request more towels at reception. There is a free water and coffee/hot chocolate machine on the ground floor and a vending machine outside the lift. The WiFi is very good. The skyline plaza is across the road with shops and places to eat, it shuts at 8pm. The Receptionists are welcoming and friendly. One negative, which is not the hotel’s fault, is it is very noisy outside. We were kept awake with people talking on the road and traffic noise. I don’t know if the rooms at the back of the hotel or higher up would be quieter.
SStuey_bhoyEnjoyed our stay here during the Euros. One night it was perfect location not too far the centre. Close to public transport and some shops and restaurants. The man working at the hotel was very helpful and allowed us to check in early.
HHAOReally, you can give a 3.5 point. Say the good first:
Location: Not far from the airport, Frankfurt Railway Station, Rome Square, taxis are within 10-25. In a country with a very high traffic, this fare is really too humane...
Breakfast: 13 euros a, moderate. You know, there is nothing to choose from for breakfast in European hotels, and the taste of the food (see photo) is still ok.
If it is a self-driving tour of Frankfurt, this hotel location is OK, the room price is very cheap. However, if you don't drive... the surrounding area is too desolate... there are no convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance...
The bathroom toilet in the room is a simple shower room, very compact. The Germans and the Japanese have a fight, but really can use small space. The ”shower room” is a bit strange taste... not very heavy...
But, to say the sound of my room on the elevator's side, the roar of the elevator's up and down is really earthshaking... day and night. So, cherish sleep, stay away from the elevator.
By the way, the room is empty. Empty, meaning that there is no bottled water, no drinking cup, no slippers, toothbrush, etc., don't think of the ”genuine artifact” of the kettle... Remember, in addition to the hair dryer, shower gel, the room is provided with a bed to sleep...
KKUANAt the peak, I can thank you for making a reservation.... Wow, hahaha, good..... The room is small, the environment is ok... The location is also the center, so find it..
GGuest UserI was very enthusiastic about this hotel bit it turned out it was below my expectiations. I had to change the room 3 times because a/c was not working and reception staff didn’t care a lot to offer you better solution so I spent couple of hours waiting for the room; the ukranian lady at the reception helped me and without her I really don’t know how will be my stay there. Everthing else is ok except the view to the trian so if you can- avoid it as it is impossible noise. Breakfast is ok, croissants the best I’ve ever tried. One of the biggest minuses are that you cannot get the room before 3 pm simply because they have to check im staff to assist you. I thing I would go for another hotel during IMEX.
Was sent with dozens of others to stay overnight here by Lufthansa during the debacle in Frankfurt where the airline was forced to clean out the rebooking line by putting everyone in taxis to hotels all across Frankfurt for the night while they tried to rebook everyone. This review is for people who may fall into this category in the future. It is not exactly close to the airport, and as others have noted, it is in an industrial type area down an alley. You may need to exit reception and go further down the alley to another building where many of the rooms are. Your room number does not represent what floor you are on, so read the clear directions carefully. The room is small but clean, air conditioning works well. Bathroom very clean. You have a refrigerator, and an Aldi is just up the street, so you can load up on beer, wine, cheese, coldcuts, bread and veggies. There is a restaurant on site. staff is curt but polite. They were clearly overwhelmed by the huge influx of stranded travelers. A little German can help you navigate tricky situations. Overall, nobody would likely find themselves here unless sent here, but if this happens, I hope some of this will help you make the best of it. 2.5 stars
YYINGThe breakfast is very good. The hotel is a little far from the city center. It is close to the train station. There is free parking in front of the hotel. There is a big shopping mall with a super shop dm shop drug store and food supermarket.
GGuest UserWe had chosen this hotel consciously, because it is footing in the neighborhood of the people we wanted to visit. The hotel offered breakfast and various rooms (with beds with common mattress (1.60 m wide) and separate beds). These were the points that led to the decision for this hotel. We booked a room with separate beds and breakfast. What did we get? A beautiful room on the second floor (without lift) with common mattress! If you are not used to this, you don't have to try to sleep at all. Once one moves, the other is also awake! Although the window to the street let fresh air in if not just one stood in front of the house and smoked, but also the street noise and the crash of the church clocks. Well, with earstops it went. The breakfast was not made to us, because we were allegedly the only guests who booked the breakfast. If it was really so, I have completely understanding it, but perhaps it was told to all guests. We were offered a lunch package instead of breakfast (which we did not accept) and we didn't have to pay anything for the missing breakfast. These two things (common mattress and no breakfast) would have been worth the hotel contact us after the online booking (one week before arrival!) and inform us of these circumstances. Instead, we can travel and present us to complete facts. Otherwise what the staff is very nice and helpful there is nothing to do. I don't think we're trying it again in this hotel.
