Excellent location with amazing staff. Hotel is completely renovated so everything is new and bright. Facilities and lounges are nice with excellent breakfast options. Very good service throughout the entire hotel. And the famous Heavenly Bed is really something else.

I visited Frankfurt during the ACHEMA exhibition. All the hotels were expensive and Hilton city was expensive too, but it was more reasonable compared to the other hotels. No problem reaching Messe in the morning. Like the part behind the hotel. Most of the staffs were kind(front desk, DFAC) but the staffs on the Bar were below average. Anyhow, really enjoyed the stay!

They gave me a room facing the street, So with the smoking kids shouting out there, it was quite noisy. And there is no phone in the room. I got what I wanted through trips' customer service which was really fast and I am grateful for. But the location is superb. And it's the typical Moxy style. Simple but but chic and clean enough.

Location - beside metro Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible! Waste of time hunting of hotel Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

Superb hotel! Allowed for check in after 12 midnight - you just need to head to Moxy hotel for the check in as they’re connected. Room was clean, spacious & had ample channels to watch TV. Breakfast in the morning was decent & hotel staff was friendly. Location is next to Myzeil shopping mall, and a very short walk to the train station. Brilliant location to be in!

Hotel was nice and very near to the train station, i was here to attend an exhibition, the staff also super friendly and helpful, next time when i came here again will definitely stay in this hotel again, thanks!!

Rude door man didn't even help me with my heavy luggage over priced room , very old lift that takes too long to reach not much food options and its funny when they ask for 10euro charge for room service . Over all few steps out side you will find construction which is so noisy and lots of homeless people sleeping on the streets not the safest location

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Location was excellent and staff helpful efficient and friendly 😊 Room was a little on the small side, and no access allowed to rooftop bar on our last night due to a wedding which was disappointing but maybe just one of those things 😞

Everything was perfect, but it was ruined by this gentleman. The reason was that we needed to store our luggage, but the hotel's front desk on duty in the morning did not allow us to store our luggage, because the only three large lockers that could store luggage were full. But their booking website said that they provide hotel storage services. We said that we have a lock and can lock three suitcases together and we are responsible for the safety of the suitcases. We hope to put the suitcases in the baggage room because it is a large room. We confirmed with him three times, and he always said ”no, you are not allowed/you can put it other places not here/the only option is the train station.” I went to the hotel manager to confirm whether we can store our luggage. She immediately said yes, you can store it directly at the front desk, and took out the luggage storage sticker and luggage collection receipt, that is, all the procedures are mature and standardized. So we have reason to suspect that this staff member is deliberately making things difficult for us, and even suspected of racial discrimination. The other staff members I met after checking in were very friendly, but this person completely destroyed the image of the hotel.
