The hotel is very old, and the front desk is under staffed. There are many issues and front desk have to spend a lot of time with those travelers, yet people are waiting on the line. The phone is not working… and front door is blocked with very ugly boards looking really bad. The room is clean but faucets and towels doesn’t loook fresh. They room keys doesn’t work after couple hours…. So had to go to front desk, which has a lot of angry customers , so more waiting…
Conclusions ,for the money, the location is good , 15min to go to train station or airport. Bottom line: need to be patient…
It was nice to have two bottle of water.

The room has a large French window with a great view. There is a small kitchen but no pot; the toilet is in a separate cubicle and the shower is in a separate shower room.

I had an early morning flight, and this hotel was located in a block with other hotels. My taxi dropped me off in front of another similar-sounding hotel, so I had to carry my luggage a few hundred meters to the end of the road. At walking distance, there were a couple of good dining options. However the area isn't densely populated. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. The staff too was professional and friendly. I'd stay again.

Temporary changes to the itinerary are not recommended if you are not driving by yourself. The location is a bit far away, so you must take transportation. It is also convenient nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants in 5 minutes. It is very quiet. There is no check-in from 11pm to 7am. , please pay attention to this. No air conditioning. The room key is so big🤣

The room is good. The facilities are a bit old. The health condition is acceptable. The environment around the hotel is quiet. The service lady at the front desk is friendly and considerate. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

Very close to the airport, the hotel is quite satisfactory, there is no drinking water provided, the hotel buys five euros a bottle, and the supermarket can't buy 5 cents a bottle in the next few days.

Food: No reservations so can’t comment
Location: Not the best, but it’s convenient if you want to go to the old town or business district, because there is bus 51/78 in 7 minutes or you can ride an electric scooter in 30 minutes to get there.
Service: Satisfactory, the staff is friendly and will explain everything to you. They will also recommend nearby delicious restaurants to you and help solve your needs.
Room: Very nice and tidy. Although it is a bit thin and can barely accommodate the large luggage, it is already bigger than the double rooms in some hotels in Hong Kong.

Very near to the christmas market and old town. Convenient to go around by tram or the metro. Rooms were clean. They have a lift to the upper floors which is convenient for all of us.
