We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

I booked the same room three times before I completed the order. The hotel is relatively close to the exhibition hall, about ten minutes walk. During the exhibition, the room rate will be particularly high. If the itinerary is confirmed, it is recommended to choose another hotel

invited to a meeting in Frankfurt, I was offered this hotel. It wasn't my choice, but I didn't question it through the Accor seal, which always refers to comfortable stays. The location is not privileged in every sense: whether traveling for work or pleasure. Neighboring the train line, those who stay with a window facing the street will feel, even with an anti-noise window, the noise of the wagons during the day. Large, simple, clean apartments, but without great comforts. An exceptional highlight is breakfast, which is extremely complete with delicious delicacies.

Great hotel with excellent atmosphere in the bar area. A welcoming smile and service at the bar from Abdullah. The whole vibe of hotel really stands out. Breakfast is also of a high standard and the whole team here seem happy to help. Will be using more on my future business trips!

useful information, while hotel doesn't offer itself is, shuttle bus leaves from hotel at every full hour, and arrives at T1 hotel bus station approx. a quarter past full hour. The hotel is not bad knowing the price, though I found 1-2 long hairs in the bath room which obviously don't belong to me. Otherwise nothing on complain. Breakfast is good, but nothing to eat for the rest of day. The Italian restaurant recommended by the staff is very good. In order to go there, one needs to cross a street full of trucks and no traffic light. Use caution to cross the street!

Good day ladies and gentlemen I was guest at Hotel Plaza in Hanau from 11 - 13 November 2022. I would like to inform you that the hotel does not meet the safety requirements. The reason for this is as follows, in the later night (00:30) I couldn't be in my room since the key no longer worked. We have tried to call the staff (with the emergency call of the police and firefighters) several times (the telephone was off without success). The reception was not occupied all night. There is a second emergency number that one in the lift is invalid and the others are turned off at the reception. In this case it is irresponsible that a hotel with more than 100 beds has no poster has the service. The police called me at 03:10 and told me they found someone who can help me. I ask you to publish this review on your hotel portal so that guests do not have to take unnecessary risks because a hotel chain with savings is jeopardising the safety of the hotel guests. We had stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and what was good then , has deteriorated. The room decor definitely hasn’t been updated . The carpet is stained and the hallway stinks of vomit. I can’t even begin to list everything that’s wrong with this hotel. The only positive was that the bedding was clean. The bed was very soft. Just a few examples. Peeling paint, terrible shower, stained carpet, ancient slightly unsavoury sofa in the room. The breakfast too was a throwback to the 90s. Dried up scrambled egg,stale bread rolls, cheap jam and a few bits of cold meat, curled at the edges , not a piece of fresh fruit in sight, coffee out a flask… The whole experience was unpleasant, we had stayed in a similar hotel on route for a slightly cheaper price and this was so much better on all levels!

We are in transit and wanted an overnight stay halfway and came across this hotel via Trip.com. Beautiful hotel, very neat, nice rooms. Nice shower, good breakfast. We were able to complete the trip well cared for and rested

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm, and had sent an email in advance to let them know I will be arriving before official check-in time. My email was literally answered within minutes, and I was happy to find out that they had a room ready for me when I got to the hotel. The reception was busy, so I had to wait for a while as one party was checking in and another checking out, but when it became my turn, the friendly receptionist had me checked in within minutes. My room on the second floor was very nice for a three star hotel, and I might even go as far as to say that the room met four star standards. It was probably recently renovated, as it felt very fresh and modern and was in impeccable condition. It was not very large, but came with a balcony and a view of the park outside the hotel. There was a desk&chair, a closet, a safe and good A/C, but no water bottle, no fridge and no sitting area. Wifi was easy to use and fast, however, I believe Youtube was banned, because all other websites worked fine but I was not able to access Youtube at all. That felt a bit strange. The queen bed, although too soft for my taste, was otherwise fine for one person although the pillow was flimsy and I had to request another one, which was gladly brought up to my room. There were sockets by the bed, so charging your devices overnight was easy. The bathroom was also clean and fresh and felt recently renovated. The walk-in shower came with excellent water pressure. There was enough room for toiletries etc by the sink, however the bath towel was extremely small. Amenities only included soap, shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner or body lotion. These came in wall-mounted containers, of which I am not a fan because I don’t find them particularly hygienic. I wish hotels saved money in other ways and not by abandoning single-use toiletries. The hotel serves breakfast in the ground floor breakfast room from 6:30 to 10:30, and from 7 to 12 on weekends. My rate did not include breakfast, but I popped in the first morning to see the spread. It was definitely not worth the price (20.50 EUR), so my suggestioon would be to buy something at the supermarket a block away or to have breakfast in a nearby café. I had a late flight out, and was informed that they could extend my check-out until 12:30 pm at no charge, and beyond that they offered a late check-out at 4 pm for 19 EUR. It was a bargain and I was happy to take up on the offer. The hotel is located two minutes from the main railway station, and I walked to all the sights and restaurants in the city centre area. The Markt and Dom (cathedral) is about a 15 min walk from the hotel. I found the location excellent and will be sure to stay here again if my travels take me to Mainz in the future.
