We booked a mountain view Japanese room. The picture shows a view of Fuji, but in reality, it is not a mountain. The room is on the opposite side of Fuji.
The bathroom door cannot be locked and the bathroom is very small. The refrigerator is not cold.
The main transportation is by taxi. There are buses, but they run on a very short schedule.
