Hilton Atlanta Airport
"I liked that I was able to book and check in within an hour. Was an unplanned stay since they canceled a flight for weather reasons. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. When I entered the room, there was left over trash, hand soap and towels were used. I called the front desk and there was no answer. I was too exhausted to go back downstairs. At checkout I told the lady and she asked that I email them with pictures. I was able to rest for a couple of hours and the shower was ok."
Holiday Inn Express ATLANTA AIRPORT - NORTH by IHG
"A night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things"

The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta
"The restaurant food was delicious! The staff were very welcoming."
Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta
"Will visit again! Nice hotel"
The St. Regis Atlanta
"Having been a longtime legacy Starwood Platinum member and a lifetime titanium member with Marriott I would have to say service and quality standards have decreased across the board but the St Regis Atlanta is severely lacking. With the upgrades to the property even considering how COVID impacted all hotels. the staff runs the property like a 2-3 star economy hotel. All of the previous staff who made the St Regis Atlanta a destination and luxurious hotel seemed to have moved up and unfortunately didn't give the memo to the new management team. I don't feel the need to ever stay at this hotel ever again as the St Regis brand across the other locations I have visited around the world hasn't gone down in quality like this location."
Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway
"Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid."
Sonesta Atlanta Airport South
"Very nice place on a budget! Pool was clean, beds were soft, and there’s a potty area for our furry little friends"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North
"New hotel, clean large rooms, huge beds, wonderful breakfast"
Hyatt Place Atlanta Arpt South
"Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The only issue I had was that the airport shuttle pick up was not great. We waited 40 plus minutes and no shuttle arrived. Finally, a different hotel chain took us after pity."
Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
"Excellent"
Courtyard Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road
"Very sub par for a Marriott. Not oven a free water for elite members? They offered to sell me one for 4.40 USD. Ridiculous. Loud and not very clean. ********* smell everywhere. Not a good experience."
Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
"Added extra charges, not before being approved. Several extra charges unfortunately. Comfy bed, but nothing spectacular. Price extremely high."
Courtyard Atlanta Airport West
"This hotel is located in a place with shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. Everything was good, but the shower water was weak. It was also good that there was an airport shuttle."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA AIRPORT NE - HAPEVILLE by IHG
"The smell is too strong, I don't recommend it!"
AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway
"A word of warning for all Marriott hotels in the US: be careful about overcharging. This particular hotel overcharged us for one night's stay, and the hassle of getting it back is why I can only give them 4 stars. The front desk, manager, and accounting department all denied it initially. I had to communicate with each of them individually, and after half a month, I finally got most of the money back. They still shorted me a little, but at least the bulk of it was returned."
Atlanta Airport Marriott
"Very friendly staff, near the airport, reliable airport shuttle, excellent breakfast, good food"
Tru by Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park
"The air-conditioner doesn’t work. Initially, I couldn’t switch on the air-conditioner using the thermostat in the room. The hotel staff helped turn on the air-conditioner from the central system. The room temperature eventually was getting very cold, and I had to call the front desk to switch off the air-conditioner from the central system for me. They did offer to change my room, but air-conditioner in the new room didn’t work as well. At last, I still cannot switch on/off the air-conditioner or change the temperature using the thermostat even though I have the thermostat in the room."
