Hotel Mukesh Residency

I recently stayed in Mukesh residency hotel in Pune it was my worst experience in life. Room's were not clean, un hygienic, beds were not clean and smell was coming all around the room, switch boards were loose and unable to charge phones, ceiling walls were too low and can touch with hands, bathrooms were bad water not coming, pillows were not clean the bed is full of hair and dirt, ac was not working sound was coming, no locks for doors, in hotel cats, rats, cockroaches, lizards, ants were roaming, fridge was full of spiders and insects, no WiFi, less water from walls were leaking continuously, the atmosphere of the hotel was not good and the hotel was full of drinkers UNSAFE FOR KIDS AND WOMEN, full of sounds, the staff maintenance was not good. The rooms were not same shown in the pictures TOTALLY WORTHLESS, WASTE OF MONEY, UNSAFE.

every thing is ok ,my suggestion is that if we book the hotel and room then room no also been given in that bill so It may easy otherwise they take 30 min or more for room settlement cleaning was best ,

Service staff are are good but room quality are worst. Essential things were not there like water bottle, tv recharges etc
