GGuest UserThe room is really clean. If you are worried about hygiene when going out, you can choose here directly. The bedding is also very comfortable! Breakfast is great👍👍👍👍! There is even freshly ground coffee! If you don’t live in Wanda, this must be your first choice! There is also a small ski resort at the foot of the mountain where you can go skiing. For someone like me who is not a professional and just wants to experience it, it is completely satisfactory.
The lady boss is very nice! Very gentle too! I am also in business, and I can really tell if I treat my customers with care! The west slope is still not as prosperous as the north slope. I believe that with the development here in a few years, the boss's business will definitely get better and better!

They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.

JJasminewangjieWhile the hotel's location is a bit outside the main town, the convenient shuttle train makes getting around easy. It's also right next to the Haidongqing Service Center, and during ski season, it's reportedly the closest spot to the intermediate and advanced slopes.
**Facilities:** They have a laundry room equipped with a highly efficient LG washer-dryer combo, and all laundry essentials are provided. This is incredibly helpful for summer days packed with outdoor activities, as it really lightens your luggage load.
The rooms are a bit compact, so figuring out where to put your suitcase can be a puzzle; I'd suggest tucking it under the mini-bar counter.
The summer room rates were quite reasonable, and we enjoyed many of the hotel's perks. The kids absolutely loved the ping-pong, pickleball, and yoga rooms on the ground floor.

GGuest UserCompared to Hyatt, I found the experience at Luneng much better. Firstly, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy all the complimentary activities provided by the hotel. The children absolutely loved them, and it's very friendly for young children. Secondly, the scenery was excellent. At Hyatt, it was impossible to book any activities, and their resort area isn't as expansive as Luneng's. However, the food quality wasn't as good as at Hyatt. The restaurants in the commercial district were completely deserted; it seemed everyone was dining at the hilltop restaurant. While transportation isn't as convenient as Hyatt's, if you're planning a staycation purely within the hotel, I found the experience truly enjoyable.

2-Every staff member is cheerful, the front desk, cleaning, manager, kitchen... Everyone works very cheerfully, as a guest, I will also be in a good mood.

【Breakfast】
1-Both Chinese and Western styles are available. The basic breakfast dishes are complete. It's not luxurious, but the key is that the taste is not fussy, and they are all delicious. Breakfast is very important for skiers! Vegetables, meat, porridge, noodles, rice, bread, coffee, fruit... I eat one meal in the morning, which can last the whole day.
2- There are a lot of people during breakfast. It is better to go early than late. Be prepared for long queues. It is common in the tourist season and is completely acceptable.

Value for money: In the scenic area, the price is quite suitable, and the portion is moderate and large. It is really too much for 2 people to eat. Just go into this store and have a look, but the food is delicious and affordable, which can keep people. When you go out to eat, it's up to you to decide how much you want to spend. The store also has hard dishes that cost about 100 yuan. You can order them according to your wallet. Many basic dishes in the store are really affordable and delicious, and the prices are friendly and don't turn away customers, which is great!
[Skiing]
1-The ski resort is not big. It is very friendly to beginners, and there are good routes for intermediate players to practice. Advanced players may find the black trails less exciting, but fortunately, the park props are well designed, and the forest trails are great after snow. I skied for two days and still felt unsatisfied. It's small but beautiful.
2-If conditions permit, go to the Costin ski equipment hall to borrow a board. The style is more advanced, the quality is better, and it's newer. The only drawback is that you need to return to Costin to return the board. I didn't study to go to Costin to try my luck and see the board until the third day, but I didn't use a good quality board until the third day. Hate it, I was angry about weight gain for the past two days.
3-Why do you say this? I borrowed 5 women's snowboards in the ski equipment hall of the ski town. The serrations on the bindings of 4 boards were rounded and could not be hooked. One bedroom featured a large bed, comfortably accommodating two adults and a child, while the other had two single beds. Both bedrooms also had their own private bathrooms. Although the hotel facilities seemed a bit old, they were fully functional and well-maintained.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to dining options and water activities, all within easy walking distance. There's a street lined with restaurants right downstairs. We also enjoyed beautiful and spectacular mountain views. The hotel's services and recreational facilities are comprehensive. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and adults had a great time there too, making it a perfect spot for families with children.
Manager Benjamin was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing prompt and excellent service, which made our trip very enjoyable.

The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon.
