Didn't want to squeeze in with the crowds at Wanda Luneng, and Xishe immediately caught my eye. It was specially designed by an architect, and my husband, who's also in design, gave it high praise, so we booked five nights right away. It's a quiet little courtyard; my child started rolling in the snow as soon as we arrived. The room temperature was very comfortable, not stuffy at all, especially the mattress and pillows – they even eased my back pain. The room cleaning and replenishment of supplies were always prompt. Maximum comfort! The lovely hostess was incredibly friendly. On the first day, we got to try frozen pears from Northeast China, and she gave us all sorts of suggestions for our itinerary. She helped arrange transportation and book tickets no matter where we wanted to go. It's also conveniently located near dining and skiing spots (compared to the inconvenience of getting around at Wanda Luneng, this location is fantastic!). Even just chatting with the hostess, we always had endless topics to discuss. The happiest part of this trip was making a new friend; I was truly sad to leave! The small snow slope in the backyard was a children's paradise, and the blue hour near dusk was our own special romantic moment. This was our absolute favorite place during our Changbai Mountain trip!

The interior of the room was exactly the same as the pictures provided by the boss online. Because I left in a hurry and the place we stayed in was a bit messy, I didn't take any photos before I left. I told the boss to take a picture and send it to me because I really hope that such a clean and well-decorated inn can continue to open.
