Very good hotel, delicious breakfast, breakfast changes every day, not boring, good service, near the train station, room size is just right, not small.

This is a wonderful journey surprisingly staying in this INN, very good service and good breakfast set, nice ladies and counter staff; working efficiency when they see people need help. And they have a good cleaning system, super good location and nice facilities around for supermarket, for dinner even though not much choice around but still good enough for a short stay around 2 or 3 days

The location is great! Close to all you need in Fussa.. the staff are extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are typical and provide an overall goodnight rest. The fail for me was.. I asked for non-smoking and the whole 4th floor hallway, and, more importantly, my room was overwhelming, saturated of cigarette smell. Carpet, curtains, and the walls.

Hard to go wrong with the Toyoko.. Great rates and you get a warm hearty breakfast. Walking distance to the AF Base.

Pros: New unit equipped with the all the basic necessities. Loved washer, bidet (a must) cooktop, balcony and heated bathroom. This is a super nice, new, spacious apartment. Easy to get around, walk 6 mins to a Station and Lawsons below. Had a scare when I thought we had communicated a late check out and then told to be out early. Seemed to work but will update the review accordingly. Cons: I could feel springs when laying down. I realized the mattress had the up side down. I flipped it and, no springs. The linins on the bed had sebum/body odor and I had to wash the sheet and towels. Couldn't use the comforter and put it in a closet to avoid the odor. I hope management realized the odor. Floors need a deep cleaning as my feet were dark after walking barefoot. Once the cleaning is improved, this will be a great place and I would rent again.

The best hotel in Fussa. The staff is very kind and the rooms are always neat. Right next to Fussa station for easy transport. Lots of food around the area. I love Toyoko inn.

Business hotel just as expected. Breakfast was very basic but good enough.

The breakfast was free it was decent it was not close to the event area but does the job.

Good hotel close to the station (literally 1min walk). Beds are comfortable, bathroom is the classic blocky bathroom from japanese hotels but it works well. Definitely recommended if you need an hotel in the fussa area.

I stayed in room 305 that night, but the exhaust fan in the room was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I went downstairs to find the front desk guy at around 1 a.m. He asked me if he could take me to the room to check it out after simple communication in Japanese and English. After I agreed, he went upstairs with me. The answer I got was that the exhaust fans in all rooms of the hotel were like this, and other rooms were just as loud. If you can't fall asleep by lying down, I suggest you wear earplugs. The only full score is for the front desk guy's dedicated service attitude. Thank you very much

P.S. The breakfast is quite rich. The location is next to the subway station and there is a supermarket. It is very convenient. The room is not noisy because of the passing tram. It is very quiet.

It was close to the station, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast menu was adequate.

The room was a twin room and had a nice, clean feel. It was nice that breakfast was free.
