Very Good & Excellent Property. Just opposite of the Fuzhou south Railway station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Neat and clean room, hygienic washroom. There is Halal Muslim restaurant at just next door.

There was only one room of the same type left, but the smell of smoke was too strong. The front desk gave us two options: to pay the difference of 100 yuan for the upgraded room type, or to cancel the reservation and book a new room. I don't approve of this method of handling. First of all, the smell of smoke in this room is very strong. Any dissatisfaction is ultimately our responsibility. During the discussion, a suitable room was selected after a tenant checked out. The room is overall good. Humidity is the biggest problem. We can accept that it is small but hygienic. There are ice machines and coffee and tea making facilities on the first floor, which is pretty good~

I stayed in a superior twin room, which was quite spacious and had a good view. The breakfast was quite rich. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and quick in checking in. They even took me to the mailbox in person.
The transportation is very convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It is very convenient for me to take the subway to Sanfang Qi Street and Gushan. Gushan has a cable car for 70 yuan to go up and down the mountain. I took the cable car up and down the mountain and saw two different scenery.

Only because there was nothing else available in this area during the holidays. The first room they put me in smelled like a locker room (so did the hallway) and it was moldy. There was noise from early morning till late because it was right next to the staff's storage. Changing the room after the first night wasn't an issue though, although the new room was right next to the old one, which didn't solve the latter. I'm not a picky person and I stayed in all kinds of hotels in China but this was rather one of the most unpleasant ones...
Positve is to mention is, that they ”fixed” the first room right the day after! At least they try. You can give it a try, if you're on a budget and want a good location.
