The overall facilities and sanitation of the hotel are good. The landscape gardens and public facilities are very good. However, the service needs to be improved. Whether it is the restaurant and room cleaning, or the service at the front desk, it feels that the professionalism and enthusiasm are lacking. The cookies sent when checking out were asked for 🤭, and they tasted good. The afternoon tea during happy hour is said to be available after 5pm.

It is a hotel worthy of five-star praise. The lobby is magnificent, the front desk is polite, and the check-in procedure is simple and fast; the room is spacious and bright, with reasonable design and convenient use; the hotel has a large green area, which is very pleasant for taking a walk after dinner and for children to play; the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, and the dining environment is very good; the underground parking lot is convenient for parking.

I don't know if it is the best hotel in Fuzhou. Anyway, the price seems to be the highest when searching. I booked a king-size bed room, and the front desk helped me upgrade it. Thank you. Because it was Christmas🎄, the hotel also helped to install the device, and gave me a peace fruit🍎, thank you for your thoughtfulness. The hotel is clean and refreshing. The decoration feels like a supporting facility for a real estate project. The Gaomei toiletries are very high-end, and the selection is really great. The buffet breakfast is very rich, and I had two local specialty noodles. There is also Hu La Tang😄. In short, the price-performance ratio is still good.

It's rare to find a hotel, a hotel rather than a B&B, that makes us feel so relaxed and comfortable when staying here. Hilton is a hotel that is truly pet-friendly. Even the room doorplates have paw logos. Pet supplies are very complete and are all prepared in advance. Our two dogs feel at ease wherever we go. Unlike some other brands that want to make money from pet owners but are afraid that our dog B will damage the hotel facilities, we felt very relaxed and comfortable from the night we checked in to the time we left. Came here for work and stayed for one night. Since we booked a king-size bed and wanted to change to twin beds with our kids, the front desk quickly helped us change rooms. However, there were two things that were not good. 1. The floor of the room was a little dusty, and the kids' socks became black and gray after walking around. 2. There was no soap or hand sanitizer in the wash basin, and no wash box. Everything else was pretty good. I got up in the morning, had breakfast, and walked a few steps. The garden was great. It was quiet in the city. I will choose it next time.
