The hotel was located away from the city centre and the hotel guests mostly on business trip travel..
The room was comfy and satisfying and the hotel amenities provide self laundry service with detergent and a gym room with billard table for leisure.
The front reception desk staff service is excellent and the hotel lobby provides hot and cold beverages refreshments for in house guests in regards to arrival or back from the outing.
Exceptional to the location, the service of this hotel is well recommended.

-Staffs are very helpful & friendly.
-can pre-arrange free hotel pick up from train station.
-Breakfast is good & healthy. They prepare some local seasonal dishes for breakfast.
-the only set back is the location. You must arrange DiDi for pickup.

酒店蠻新的，房間挺大，非常乾淨，裝修風格很簡約清爽，住起來蠻舒服的。衞生上感覺團隊應該有特別注意，印象深刻的細節挺多：包括洗手間裏清潔阿姨會放一片酒精濕巾供擦拭馬桶蓋、每次洗衣服的時候洗衣機和烘乾機的滾筒都很乾凈，洗衣液也是一小瓶一小瓶擺放得非常整齊。
服務上也有超出預期。我們是一大家子出行，訂了三間房，時不時有各種需求——入住比較晚三間房不在同一樓層需要換房，長輩喝茶多房間要額外送水送衣架，外賣到店了人還沒回要先放冰箱……前台姓黃的小姐姐和姓牛的小姐姐，每次都笑臉相迎、禮貌體貼地幫我們滿足。福州站接車和煙台山送車我們也都體驗了，司機大哥也很熱情專業；就連酒店微信都回復很及時、高效。國慶雖然人很多，但是服務上感覺沒有打折扣。總的來説，如果一家人再來福州玩，還會繼續住這裏。

房間住得很好，前台很有禮貌，上下都會問好大廳還有免費的。嗯，咖啡花茶可以喝。酒店是新開業的很新入住的感覺很好，房間乾淨衞生。下次來福州玩，還會選擇這家酒店忙點不會踩坑入住點贊。

這個酒店對於年輕人出行來説真的是很方便，福州這邊蚊蟲比較多，酒店就會在大堂貼心的準備花露水，前台也可以提供電蚊香液，天氣熱，不想出門，點外賣的話，也有機器人可以直接送到房間門口，這對我來説真的很省心省力

酒店位置離三坊七巷，上下杭等不近，但對於我們自駕遊能接受。房間裏挺乾淨的，屋內設施比較新，都是智能的，小度聲控，智能馬桶，按摩椅等。前台接待人員看到我們人多，主動升級房間，把我們安排到同一樓層，早餐品種一般還有提升空間。
