Because at 13:58 that day, when the housekeeping staff brought you water, they asked if the room could be cleaned, and you said they would clean it after you notified them. The room was not cleaned afterwards because the cleaning staff did not receive your notification and did not know that you had left the room at 14:20. We are deeply sorry for this! After you returned to the hotel, we immediately changed your room to a new one to express our apologies.
