服務：服務不錯，幫忙延遲退房了，寄存行李處很規範，大門口的接待服務很好
設施：設施是真不行！❌
1️⃣房間裏沒有USB充電口...
2️⃣洗漱用品也不是一次性的
3️⃣梳子是木製的，很不好用，梳頭髮容易扯頭髮...
4️⃣沒有自助洗衣服，洗衣服務收費太貴
5️⃣枕頭太軟
環境：地址位置很好，周圍很熱鬧，吃的很多
衞生：房間衞生一般吧，可能地毯也的確比較難清理，一樓的洗手間不太乾淨
自助早餐比較豐富，芋泥羹特別好吃（๑´ڡ`๑）

酒店服務總體滿意，但房間的單人床比較小，酒店公廁也沒有安裝蹲坑，據瞭解員工廁所有蹲坑，但酒店大堂服務員不同意我們客人去使用！
酒店自助餐總體還可以，個人覺得海鮮粥味道不錯！
酒店位置離熱門旅遊景點比較近，離地鐵站也很近！

和朋友一起到福州玩，看評價最終選擇了凱賓斯基酒店，本來擔心酒店開業比較久，服務設施之類的會不會跟不上，到了以後發現完全沒有影響！酒店大堂氣派，前台給升級了房間，我比較喜歡安靜的，和前台説了後就給安排了一間遠離電梯裏房間。房間衞生很乾凈，床很軟躺上去特別舒服，外面太熱，點了個外賣，雖然沒有機器人，不過工作人員會把外賣送到房間，這點加分！來的時候沒趕上自助晚餐，有點遺憾。酒店旁邊走一會就是泰禾商場，還有小吃街很方便，和朋友上午出去玩，下午回來遊個泳真是太美妙了！
