衞生確實做的比較差，剛進門連網就能看到這個牌子上面很油，地面也比較臟，這個放衞生紙的地方也壞了，特別是位置太偏了，打車也比較難打，去哪都不方便，周圍全是各種的海鮮了什麼東西，真的不敢開窗，又醜又吵這個是最受不了的，隔音也比較一般，衹有唯一好的就是前天服務比較不錯

極差，極差，極差！（重要的事説三遍）
第一，外部環境、位置極差，別信什麼江景房！！100 米範圍內有高速公路、造船廠、海鮮市場， 可實現 24 小時不間斷的吵，關窗什麼的幾乎不管用。最重要的就是這個海鮮市場，感覺這個酒店的目標客户也是海鮮客商（有錢、不太在乎環境），那個海腥味啊，整個街道上的味道就像小漁村碼頭垃圾場的味道一樣，然後就是夜裡整條街道上幾百上千輛卡車，而且每個卡車上都有一台外掛柴油發動機（應該是製冷製氧的），夜裡熱鬧的很。
第二，內部環境、衞生極差，一進所謂的酒店大堂彷彿穿越到 90 年代，大堂整體臟亂差至極。再到樓道里充滿了刺鼻的煙味和黴味。到了單間，一開門撲鼻而來的廁所味和劣質空氣清新劑味，枕頭上殘留着濃重的狐臭味。
第三，服務極差，前台的幾個服務員和一個 60 歲左右的老年女士，一天到晚擺着一個苦瓜臉，問什麼事情總是愛答不理的，要問好幾遍才會有迴應。另外，房間加水要收費（每個房間有兩瓶），冰露 500 毫升的飲用水要收 3 塊錢一瓶。
第四，能給這家店打 0.5 分不是因為他給的，衹給他打分衹能打 0 分，打 0.5 分是因為在酒店 200 米內有一家叫興仙飯店的店，非常好，這 0.5 分是給的這個位置。

房間寬大明亮，設施完善，房間內衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間內洗漱用品配備完整，服務周到熱情，一樓有個海鮮店，喜歡吃海鮮的，可以在這裏居住哦。

設施：十分差勁，洗衣機是壞的，也沒有洗衣粉。
衞生間是透明的，沒有窗簾，衹有中間一部分是磨砂，私隱保護方面十分差勁
衞生：十分差勁，有活蟑螂，很多灰塵，床褥被套都有股發黴的味道，太噁心了
環境：十分差勁，非常不便利，早餐自助餐，沒有可以吃的菜品，饅頭芋頭這種，雞蛋限量一人一個的自助餐第一次見
服務：十分差勁，前台態度特別差，平台權益，不予兑現
避大雷，各個方面都差勁

房間還不錯，就是房間電需要自動上總閘，空調聲音太大。另外最不好的是沒有早餐，大過年的就一瓶牛奶一個袋裝小麪包，小孩子想多拿一份都不可肯。
非常令人不舒服！！
