老闆服務親切熱情，需要什麼都大方提供。平面空間是很寬敞的。當然大樓偏夾層設計，天花板會矮些，大樓管線不易清潔保養，所以難免有幾隻小小強出沒。一些清潔使用的規範可以讓客人知曉，大家一起維護好空間。

酒店位置就在南站對面，穿過地下通道向西50米正對着的就是7號樓，位置優越，酒店樓下就是商業街？超市，晚上穿過商場就是夜市，最最最最重要的是老闆很隨和，人很好，有什麼需求好好説，老闆都會跟你説清楚，泡個茶聊個天也很愉快的

離高鐵站近，走路就能到酒店了，老闆服務態度好還過來帶路，房間乾淨整潔，床墊柔軟舒適，價格也實惠，還有一條小吃街，很方便的。推薦有需要的值得體驗一下。

動車下來的早，麻煩老闆給安排的的提前入住。保潔阿姨衞生做的挺細緻的住的很安心，房間通透明亮，通風空氣也好。南站過來也很近，非常方便。樓下還有商場逛街吃飯挺方便的。樓下晚上還有小夜市。非常推薦！！！

環境非常好，房間乾淨衞生，對面就是火車南站，地鐵都非常方便。民宿內衞生很好，樓下逛街，吃飯巨方便。大投屏看電影很滿足，下次還會再來的!

衞生乾淨，房間整潔，空氣流通，老闆人很好很好説話，設備齊全，樓下商城超市都有，小吃夜宵夜景都很好，過馬路對面就是動車站出行非常方便值得推薦
