I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lakeside! The location is ideal, with the West Lake trail right at the doorstep. Everything you need is conveniently within walking distance. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, ensuring a very comfortable experience. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide range from traditional continental options to local delicacies. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really like the location of this hotel, which is within walking distance from Fuzhou railway station and metro line 1, where you can reach the main tourist attractions. The hotel is very new and clean, my booking comes with complimentary breakfast and supper. There is also a basic gym in the hotel. The main drawback is the noise, especially in the morning, likely due to its prime location. However I would like to greatly recommend this hotel.

The lobby area and the room size is too small, it got cramped when there are more than 10 people in the lobby, and I can’t walk around the room when i open the luggage. Even though the hotel still decent, but it was below Atour Hotel Standard. The “executive room” also had no view (avoid room number 326 if you dont want that kind of view) The location really excellent, in the heart of 三坊七巷, near metro station. The employee also really helpful

Facilities: Overall, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The fully intelligent toilet and shower had a powerful showerhead. The room layout was very logical, and there was a separate sofa. I was very satisfied. However, there was only one elevator, and it was quite slow to get up and down the stairs. I hope this could be improved. Cleanliness: For a newly opened hotel, the cleaning was very thorough. The cleaning lady paid great attention to detail, leaving items wrapped in tissues untouched, presumably to avoid valuables like necklaces. Environment: Located across from West Lake Park, it's very close to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys and a bit of a distance from the subway station. Taxi access is also very convenient during the summer heat. Service: Free coffee is available in the lobby, which is a very user-friendly touch. The front desk lady even compiled a very detailed travel guide.

Located a short walking distance from Metro Line 1 Shudou station, this hotel has everything needed for a great stay for first timers in Fuzhou (central and safe location with local food options; compact but well designed and furnished rooms with comfortable beds; delicious breakfast buffet with proactive and efficient restaurant staff; and good facilities including laundry room, tea shops and tuina massage centre within the compound). During our stay, we needed urgent help to manage a situation and the staff on duty (小邓) went above and beyond to sort things out and we can’t be more grateful to him and the front desk staff. Thank you again. Would definitely come back again in the future!

He checked me in and reminded me that breakfast was until 10 o'clock and the gym was open 24 hours a day. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bedding was very soft. I didn't want to get up after lying on it. There were no water stains on the bathroom mirror, and the shower gel smelled pretty good. The most surprising thing was that there were washed apples and oranges on the table, and a note was left next to it. Although the handwriting was average, it was comfortable to look at. Breakfast was so lively! The wonton pot was bubbling, and there was a line at the fried egg stall. I took a bowl of noodles and added two large spoons of hot sauce. The uncle next to me asked me where I got the hot sauce. The waiter seemed to have eyes when collecting the plates. He came over as soon as he put down the empty bowl. There was a subway station downstairs, and there was a milk tea shop a few steps away. When I checked out, the front desk stuffed me two bags of scented tea and said I would drink it on the way. This hotel is really good, I will definitely stay here next time I come here!

Not far away, across the road is a small road, about 700 meters to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, there are many specialty food shops along the way.

It is very romantic to sit next to it and watch! The room is spacious and well-planned. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toiletries are Oulong, which smells good~ A detail in the wardrobe, mosquito repellent, wind oil, etc. in the small bag is a lifesaver. Although I was bitten by mosquitoes in Fuzhou, I was really moved by such details! Fruits and snacks were sent to the room. I like the soft-boiled eggs in the evening. I haven't eaten sweet soup soft-boiled eggs for a long time. The hotel service staff is very professional and helped me answer and solve various problems during check-in. You have to ask the room service staff for it. They are very reluctant to give you a very small roll. The quality is also very poor. Be prepared to bring your own paper.
