Fujian West Lake Hotel

There is a park next to the hotel, which is nice for a stroll. The hotel is far from the subway station and needs to walk a long way. The hotel's breakfast is rich and ok. The room is hygienic, but the facilities are old.

The hotel is just outside the West Lake Park, and across the West Lake Park is the museum. It is only 1.4 kilometers away from Sanfang Qixiang, and there is a residential area nearby, so life is very convenient. The doorman on duty at 9 am on April 16 was very considerate. When he helped us put our luggage on the trunk, he found a pattern on one side of the suitcase and immediately turned it back to face the pattern. This detail made us feel very warm, and his service was so good. As an old high-end hotel, the room was not cleaned properly. There were paper scraps and melon seed shells (left by the previous guest) on the sides of the two bedside tables. I stayed for 3 days and these garbage were always there.

The location is good. Although the parking is next to the hotel, it is convenient. The breakfast is average. The view from the room is not good. The hotel decoration is a bit old. The sanitary service is OK. It can't be considered high-end. It's comfortable.

The original State Guesthouse, the whole service level is different from other hotels. Although the room is standard, the waiter is in place. It is close to the West Lake and Sanfang Qixiang. There are many Fuzhou snacks nearby. It was a very satisfactory stay.

This time my husband and I came to Fuzhou for a trip. We stayed in different hotels for three nights and stayed here for one night. In comparison, I was not satisfied with this hotel. After we checked in at around 10pm, we found that the toilet light was flickering as soon as we entered the room, so we immediately called the front desk to change rooms. At the beginning, the phone call said that they would come to confirm and also said that they would adjust or upgrade our room. After waiting for about ten minutes, there was still no news. A customer service person came later and said that the repairman was coming and asked us to wait for repairs. Because we were a little late and very tired when we checked in, and we had called to inform us before, we really felt that this way of handling it was very inappropriate. We did not change rooms even though we were told by phone to change rooms, and we had to come to confirm whether the lights were broken. We are asked to wait for the maintenance technician. Although the master came very quickly and solved the problem within half an hour, I hope your hotel will do a good job in maintaining the facilities. You said you could change rooms but didn't. 2. The double bed room is made up of two beds. I don’t know if this is normal operation or what. 3. The toilet sink is really low, it feels like the height of a child. 4. The construction started around 8 o'clock the next day on the weekend. It was really noisy and the windows were closed. But it may be due to road construction, not the hotel's problem, but the sound insulation is really...just for your reference.

Maybe it’s because the ingredients are solid enough, the rooms don’t feel stale, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, and the snack bags they give are nice-looking. There aren’t many candies, but they are sesame crispy roasted olives, which are suitable for babies and are not very sweet. The breakfast was not amazing, in line with price expectations and lower than the average for state hotels. The parking lot is large enough and has two floors. The problem is that there is no elevator and it is on the same floor as the guest rooms. The most speechless thing is the management. When I checked out, I told the front desk that I would go to the nearby West Lake and the museum and leave later. However, after almost an hour of work, the system repeatedly refused to release the ticket, but it was manually released. Our family and I were so disappointed. It's such a waste of time here. So speechless

Fuzhou's old government reception hotel is located on the bank of Fuzhou West Lake, with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. Although the room is a bit old, it is still clean and hygienic, and the service staff is also very friendly.

Although the room is old, the address and location are good. I am taking my children to play in Fuzhou alone. Museums, West Lake Park, and Zuohai Park are all within walking distance. Sanfang Qijie is very close by taxi, but Yantai Mountain is slightly further away. The service is very good, and everyone is very friendly when answering questions. The receptionist was also very friendly in helping with luggage.
